Any of my issues or concerns were met with kindness and resolved immediately. As for the chair, it’s the most awesome, magnificent, massage chair ever and my zen room is now complete. I highly recommend this company to anyone in search of the perfect massage chair.

I had a chair delivered and later noted the wired controller did not function. I called company and with 48 hours they came and tested then provided a new wired controller. Highly recommend this company.

What an amazing chair and the service from purchase, delivery schedule and actual arrival was amazing. After purchasing I did have a few second thoughts that were quickly removed by one full session in the chair! As a long time insomniac, I love the sleep selection! My children and grand children have enjoyed this “space chair” as much as I have. Son in law likens it to a Disney ride and hates when his session is complete and the chair lifts him back up! The first chair we received did not meet expectations. So, we reached out to Floridian and our concerns were met with professionalism. We met Greta at our city’s annual fair and she was very friendly and informative. The chair we purchased was specially “fair priced” (50% off) and we were able to purchase it with a 3-year interest free loan, free extra pads, a 5-year warranty, free delivery and setup and no extra charge for placing it upstairs. The chair was delivered about 2-3 weeks later and Gio and Ganzy were awesome. Ganzy went over how to use the chair and we couldn’t be more pleased. We highly recommend Floridian Brand chairs and the staff is excellent!

The people At Floridian Brand seem to be very good. Ganzy and Brandon were a great help with my questions related to warranty and operating manual. They are working on a video that will help show customers the details of operating the Galaxy 4D chair. We were able to figure out a great deal just by using the chair but a video would be helpful for some.

It's hard to buy a massage chair. The industry is in it infancy and the options are dynamic. Floridian Brand is the SAVIOR! They have a host of options, loads of information and most importantly fair, friendly, educated and honest staff. I LOVE MY CHAIR. Life changing. Wish I met them first.

This company has very friendly staff and they are easy to work with and they made sure we were happy with our purchase and that we knew how to use our chair with all it's functions! The chair has helped both my husband and myself with our back pain and sciatica pain. We both are so relaxed after 15 minutes in this chair we find ourselves dozing off. After a wonderful experience working with Robert over 3 years ago to buy a massage chair, he blew me away again with his level of commitment to customer satisfaction. After having a mishap with the chair, Robert sent out his best technician, Brandon, to resolve the issue. By sent out, I mean flew Brandon out from Florida to Northeast Wisconsin to resolve the issue, for free!!!

Rebel was very comfortable and very soothing

First, we love our chair. I was worried about getting service if anything went wrong since we didn’t buy at a store but at the manatee county fair.
About one year after we bought it would not power up. Turns out we had a power surge and didn’t have a surge suppressor and the circuit board shorted. Carlos, the service guy was great and chair was fixed under warranty. 5 star service after the sale says more about the company than a great chair.
