Very upset

I come here all the time and this time i had the worst experience ever. Normally all the staff are so friendly but this time i felt like i was a criminal. The guy kept giving me dirty looks I am a regular customer.He was rushing me into making decisions wasn’t being polite and kept staring around. Normally when I come I have such a pleasant chat and enjoy buying flowers this time it was different.

Wonderful Christmas trees

Cannot recommend highly enough for Christmas trees. I bought a last minute one on 22nd December and didn't expect much for £31 (including free same day delivery). Had a wonderful surprise when the 5 ft tree I ordered was generously sized (over 5'6) and a lovely shape with even, bushy branches (I am picky and usually purchase in-person). Fabulous tree and experience, as good as (/better than) any of the premium £80+ trees I've bought in previous years.

I had a great experience with Iris. She was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and helped me choose the perfect flowers. The arrangement was stunning and clearly made with care. Highly recommend this flower shop for both the service and quality.

Poor customer service !

I ordered flowers on Tuesday November 25th for delivery on Friday December 5th , to commemorate a loved one’s death a year before . I received tracking information on Thursday 4th to say they were on the way. Further tracking information related that the delivery was delayed and would be delivered the next working day . The next working day would be Monday 8th December . Not only was this useless , flowers are a perishable item . After emailing Flower station I received an email from the company on December 6th , somewhat apologising but DHL had let them down on numerous orders and they would like to send an upgraded order for Tuesday delivery but I needed to respond by Monday at 2pm and they had managed to get the original order discarded as the flowers are a perishable item . I responded that I would accept their offer on Saturday 6th December.
The original order arrived on Monday 8th , wilted and disheveled and no further order arrived on Tuesday 9th or any other day this week.
I have not received any further communication , I have now requested an immediate refund .
Don’t use this company for guaranteed deliveries because they certainly can’t guarantee anything !

Unfortunately, the original shipment was delayed by our partnered courier, which is not the level of service we expect or promise. When this was brought to our attention, we arranged a redelivery as quickly as possible. Regrettably, that redelivery was damaged in transit, and as soon as this was confirmed, a full refund was issued.

We fully understand your frustration. Flowers are a perishable and time-sensitive product, particularly when ordered for a commemorative date. While courier delays are outside of our direct control, we recognise that the responsibility ultimately sits with us, and we’re very sorry that this order did not reach you in the condition or timeframe intended.

Thank you for your patience while this was resolved, and again, our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

From apprehension to delight!

When I placed the order, I was a bit apprehensive of what the actual arrangement would look like. I also expected the delivery to arrive in 48hours. To my absolute delight, my girlfriend sent me a picture of the flowers within 8 hours of my order and the flowers looked even better than what I ordered! Expectations far exceeded!!! Thank you.

Bad business

I called to make sure the flowers would arrive on time to meet my mother in law, they were 3 hours later than their finishing time (11pm). Ridiculous. And then they refused me a refund.

Firstly I don't usually write bad…

Firstly I don't usually write bad reviews however as my experience of lack of care was so bad I had to share to prevent others having trust broken.

When ordering wreath for a funeral its so important the company deliver. Well flower station didn't deliver to the funeral service and I had to chase to find out why. I got a response saying the company doesn't deliver outside of London on Sundays and Mondays something the website did not mention at all. They said sorry we usually email customers . Well I'm sorry but that's not good enough when I'm sending my beloved family member something on a occasion I can never get back.

They offered me a refund and a pathetic 10% discount.. I told them to stick it.

Awful service. Please don't trust this company like I did. So many quality flower delivery companies to choose from and this is not one of them

We would like to clarify what happened. On each relevant product page, our delivery information clearly states that next-day delivery for addresses outside of London is available Tuesday to Saturday only, provided the order is placed by 3 pm the day before. As this order was placed for a Monday delivery outside of London, we were unfortunately unable to fulfil it.

As soon as this was identified, the order was placed temporarily on hold, and several notifications were sent to the email address provided to inform you of the issue. It appears these messages were not received for reasons beyond our control, and we’re very sorry this led to a lack of clarity at such a difficult time.

Because the order was not prepared and the funeral had already passed, we issued a full refund and also provided a coupon code as a gesture of goodwill. This was intended as an apology, not to diminish the seriousness of the situation.

We understand how distressing this experience must have been and regret that we could not assist on this occasion. Thank you for sharing your feedback, which we will continue to use to improve our communication and service.

Do NOT use Flower Station

Would highly recommend NOT to order from Flower Station.
No acknowledgment of poor quality arrangement received which was due to the courier who had left the parcel upside down in our bin to avoid damage due to rain. The box had no arrows to show how to keep the parcel upright.
Flower Station who pack and engage in their choice of courier company are not taking responsibility on a refund for the order not arriving in the good condition that the product was paid for.
They were happy to replace which showed they agreed things weren’t right however these flowers were ordered for a baby shower and the occasion has now passed so a replacement was not needed. Poor customer service who were not helpful at all. Money grabbing Company!

Your reply (2 months after the event) does not account for the fact that it did not arrive as expected and hence the bad review. It took 3 days for you to see the photos as all your complaints are to be lodged by email. Your customer services does not address anything by phone.
The event for which the flowers were sent passed by with poor quality flowers!
As I said I would not use your company again!

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience and would like to clarify the situation.

All of our overnight orders are carefully packed in rigid cardboard boxes, clearly marked with directional arrows to indicate the correct upright position. On the delivery date, weather conditions were particularly poor, and in line with standard UK courier procedures, the courier placed the parcel in the recipient's bin to keep it safe and dry, with photographic proof of delivery.

We were contacted three days after delivery and provided with photos showing that two to three rose stems had begun to droop. This is a normal occurrence when water levels are not topped up and does not indicate that the bouquet was of poor quality or damaged in transit. The majority of the flowers were in good condition.

Given these circumstances and the timing of the complaint, we were unable to justify a full refund. However, in good faith and as a gesture of goodwill, we still offered to send a complimentary replacement bouquet, despite the original order being delivered as expected.

We’re sorry that this did not meet your expectations and appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.
