The bad aftertaste after receiving a near dead bouquet
The postscript to receiving really poor quality flowers needs to be made public. After about a week after our complaint, we had a patronising email saying that flowers that lasted 4-5 days should be regarded as doing well, or words to that effect! Ours had lasted 3. The fact that most people are quite used to giving and receiving flower bouquets and therefore had experience of how long flowers typically lasted clearly had not occurred to Flower Station. We were then told that as a special favour we could avail of a £10 discount! A big favour indeed. Keep avoiding Flower Station, you will do far better elsewhere, this has to be one of the worst florists we have used.

To order flowers for a specific date…
To order flowers for a specific date and not receive them for that date isn’t right, especially three days prior but can order a day before a certain time and get them delivered next day. Not happy as I had also been provided with a tracking number but no way of tracking. Delivery is also 8am-8pm a whole day wasted waiting around.

So many poor reviews!
The large number of one star reviews tell you that things are not right and they weren't with us. The colours in our bouquet and the flower matching were great but within two days an alarming number of them had drooped badly and the entire bouquet had to be disposed of by the 4th day. Disappointing customer service after my complaint has been another issue. Avoid!

Terrible Service
would give a minus if I had the option. We ordered sympathy flowers to be sent to a staff member for a family bereavement on 30th October. it is now 10 November and the flowers still have not been delivered. Not only is this bad service, but it reflects badly on us as an employer as we have a staff member who thinks she has been forgotten about during this sad time. This is really poor service. Not an explanation or an email to say that they have not been delivered. Poor communication.

Really disappointed with this service. I ordered a £50 bouquet for my fiancée, which arrived quickly, but within 4–5 days the flowers were already dead. For that price point, I would expect far better quality and longevity — especially when supermarket flowers from Tesco purchased a week earlier are still in great condition.
I contacted customer service with photos and videos, but was told that flowers only last on average 4–5 days and that complaints are only reviewed within 2 days of delivery. By the time the deterioration became noticeable enough to raise a concern, apparently it was already “too late.” Their solution was to offer a £10 store credit — which feels both dismissive and useless, as I certainly won’t be purchasing from them again.
It’s frustrating that they hide behind policy instead of caring about customer experience or product quality. £50 for flowers that barely make it to day five is unacceptable, and the response I received confirmed that this company isn’t interested in standing behind their products.
Lesson learnt — I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Such friendly workers, really cater to everything you need, Iris especially was helpful with me … really wanted to treat myself to some flowers and she knew the trick! magic hands !
A bouquet of unfresh dying flowers
My daughter purchased me a bunch of flowers a large bunch so would not have been cheap from flower station North London the flowers were not fresh at all the roses when you touch the area to test freshness was super soft the other flowers wilting and darkening in colour. These flowers should not have been sold for purchase. I’ll never use them again.

Terrible Customer service, Late delivery!
I purchased some flowers to be delivered to a colleague. The stated if orders were received before 3pm, they would be delivered the next day. Sadly that wasnt the case at all, they were actually delivered the following week!!! They never even bothered to get in touch to let me know what had happened. Instead, I had to ring the recipient, expecting that she had received the flowers, only to be told that nothing had arrived, thus totally ruining the surprise.
When I emailed the company, as they had failed to contact me themselves to alert me of their error they proceeded to give me a terrible excuse that the courier wasn't given the address - Sorry! Then there were further delays to book another delivery. By which I had contacted my friend again, to ask if she had received anything, to which she hadn't.
I then emailed the company to I
pressed for some sort of financial resolution due to the delays, lack of communication from them, and me having to repeatedly ask my friend about the delivery. To my horror, they then said they had added a box of chocolates to the order. But they failed to ask whether this was an appropriate thing to do. Which it absolutely wasnt as my friend had just had a heart attack and had just come out of hospital. I was mortified, and then disturb my friend, Again, to apologise for the inconsiderate, thoughtless addition to the flowers.
I quickly sent an email to the company informing them of this massive error of judgement, they have failed yet again, to respond!

Be ware you won’t get the flower you order. I have bought a bouquet to celebrate my anniversary. The bouquet delivered was different in colours than the one purchased. Customer service claimed they do substitutions based on availability. I would like to get what I pay for or at very least be given the option to confirm whether or not I am happy with the proposed changes.

My partner has been getting my flowers from the flower station for 5 years. They have some of the most gorgeous arrangements and the team are sooo lovely. I’m a biker and I wanted them to glam up my bike journey. They certainly did. They made stunning arrangements to suit my bike and helmet and support me for women empowering events.
