I used Fluent for my single storey rear extension. My sister had used them for her oft conversion so they came well recommended. I used their all inclusive service which meant that they managed the whole process for me, right from the initial designs, submitting the plans to the local authority through to helping me find a builder. They have been great throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with my new extension. I would definitely recommend Fluent for a local personalised service.

Sundeep Girn was very responsive in helping me draw up designs for a kitchen extension in what is quite a restricted space. It is my first time commissioning an architect and he was very helpful in explaining the plan in relation to planning application and building control requirements alongside the practically of the proposed design.

The wonderful people at Fluent really were first class from start to finish. Friendly, professional, proficient and always helpful. I believe I was one of their first clients to utilise the all inclusive package, which I really would recommend. The end to end process of undertaking building works can be really complex (especially if like me you have not done it before). Letting the team at Fluent lead me through the whole process and take care of most of it was invaluable, and took a lot of the stress away. Finding the right builder can also be daunting (was for me anyway) so the pre-construction service was hugely valuable. The team at Fluent have a great local knowledge and were able to put me in contact with great local builder(Newstock Developments), perfect for my project and on budget. I could not be happier with the end result.
