Great service throughout, I'm a returning customer and can recommend as they are always helpful, thorough and make the process easy for mortgage processes. Kaitlyn Hewitt was super friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had.

From start to finish, Fluent Money were fantastic. They kept me up to date throughout the process. Looked at various options for me and were more than happy to answer any questions i had. They managed to get me locked into a deal 5 months before my mortgage was due to renew and looked to see if that locked deal could be beaten later on in the process. Honestly cannot fault them. Their app is brilliant also. Would highly recommend and use again.

At the start of my remortgage Ashley was brilliant. Went through everything in detail and found the best offer on the market very quickly.
Once the application was underway i was assisted by Chloe who was always helpful and checked in with me regularly to discuss how things were progressing.

Ellie and Ejazul were amazing! They were friendly and very helpful. Any questions that needed answering, they would be quick and efficient. They were very professional and we would not have been able to do our remortgage as quick without their help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

The app was fab in keeping track on the case and Donna was really great at keeping in touch via phone as well. Found Fluent Money to be a great mortgage broker and everything went very smoothly.

Excellent service, everything ran smoothly and the communication from my case manager was excellent.

The initial calls were expertly handled by Alex who guided me through the initial stages and gave me various options and ultimately finding my new lender for me. Emma took over as the main case handler and was so patient in what turned out to be a not so easy case to be dealt with. During what turned out to be quite a long drawn out process she was like a friend with her weekly calls to see how I was getting on with Solicitors etc. She kept me sane at times with her encouragement to keep the process going as at times I got disheartened. I would recommend Fluent Money to anybody who is looking for options in dealing with their financial matters. I can't thank initially Alex and then mainly Emma enough for your advice and guidance through my major financial transaction. 💜💙
