Mortgage Renewal…

I recently renewed my mortgage and was fortunate to receive outstanding support throughout the process from Leah Carey. From start to finish, Leah was patient, transparent, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns I had.

Mortgage renewals can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Leah took the time to explain my options clearly and ensured I understood each step of the process. Her honest and straightforward approach gave me confidence that I was making informed decisions about my mortgage terms.

What stood out most was Leah's willingness to go the extra mile to provide support and guidance whenever needed. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and friendly manner made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Excellent service

Couldn’t fault the staff, been very quick, efficient, polite and stress free. From start to finish we’re very professional.I had a very responsive service from Fluent especially advisor Dominic Braim and Case Manager Shannon O'Donnell, they kept me updated throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Fluent.

My experience from start to finish was impeccable

My experience from start to finish was just so welcoming. The team are so straight forward and friendly, this is how managing financial products should be, family and customer friendly whilst being transparent and practical. Thomas Barr, was like a friend just keeping in touch with relevant milestones and showing that he cared everything with my journey was in order. Thomas explained his role and the process and put my mind at ease, as well as collecting all the necessary details, and as well as having expert knowledge of the products for my situation. Thomas guided me on the app and ways always there when it was needed. Thomas was a pleasure to communicate with asking how I am doing, following the procedure, outlining expectations and costs I couldn't be happier and I said to Thomas that through him a weight was lifted off my shoulder. Thank you Thomas.

Callum Denton what can I say what a gentleman. Callum introduced himself as my case manager, explained his role as well and was very professional and forward thinking. Callum advised me accordingly of contact from third parties re insurance for life and building and it all just felt really seamless and genuine. It is as been a wonderful experience with Fluent and I attribute a large if not all of this to the value of the people I was in touch we and their impeccable attention to detail and family, and person friendly approach. I am so happy with the outcome and I know Thomas and Callum gave supported me with the ethos of fair and yet impeccable companionship along the way.

Thru deserve a promotion both Thomas Barr and Callum Denton.

Fluent sorted my 1st mortgage out 5…

Fluent sorted my 1st mortgage out 5 years ago, they found me the best deal. When it was time to find another 5 year fix recently, they contacted me with reminders well in advance and managed to find me a great deal and locked the rate with the lender until completion.

A big shout out to Jason Derbyshire, Natasha Lowe & Kiran Tailor. They made the whole process so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend to anyone buying their first home or remortgaging.

Hi was quite pleased with the way both…

Hi was quite pleased with the way both Usman Mansoor and Donna Rushton help and supported in the transition of remortaging. They were both professional in their dealing wit us and showes a great deal of care and understanding. We were kept up todate troughout the whole process. Just want to say a big thank you to both of them.

I found Fluent so helpful and useful…

I found Fluent so helpful and useful when it came to finding a new mortgage deal and would highly recommend them!
Ejazul helped me to find my new mortgage deal firstly and at a good rate which I was very happy with and pleased with how professional and finding a time to discuss options available when I was most free and convenient for me.
After this Ellie was extremely helpful when it came to the application process, regularly checking up on me on a weekly basis and keeping a good eye on making sure everything went through on time and with the solicitors. She was very lovely and always approachable and easy to speak to on the phone and the regular updates were just reassuring as a customer!
Highly recommend Fluent..very good value for money, brilliant service and helped with my mortgage application going through smoothly and everything completed successful and on time 🙂

We used fluent

We have used Fluent, a few times and previously been very good! Haven't had to lift a finger done everything for us! But this time not so much the first person i spoke to who found us the mortgage was brilliant, but case handler after was useless...wouldn't answer messages on portal and left to do most of it my self! Won't use again reluctantly paid fee but wasn't worth it.

Remortgage with callum and Ellis. Fantastic pair

Callum and Ellis dealt with my remortgage . They were fantastic even though I probably did there head In and asked them the same question a million times they remained patient and answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.Very prompt at calling back or getting hold of the. Was able to secure a good deal.
