Would highly recommend

Dealt with them now for two remortgages; and have to say very good. Kaitlyn H was v patient, thorough, responsive, and really help you get the best rates. Full trust in their process, good people, excellent communication. Online tool is very useful as well when you can't answer the phone.

Sorry for ignoring you Hayden <3

My case was dealt with by Christina and Hayden who are both lovely. I could not recommended fluent money enough. They were both knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Christina advised me of which mortgage would be best and helped me figure out how much I could borrow. Hayden then communicated with the lender and amended the amount I was borrowing after I had my survey done. He was the first point of contact and did weekly check ins (that I ignored like 90% of - I am so sorry!) to see how things were getting in with the solicitors- which was very slow. Thank you both so much and I am so sorry I always ignored you Hayden

I had been trying for years to get a loan

I had been trying for years to get a loan against my property which has a lot of equity in it, due to my personal circumstances I was told so many times by others that they would not lend to me due to affordability which was crazy given that the loan would be saving me over £1,300 a month in outgoings. David and Amy have been first class in looking after me and the second charge loan is exactly what I needed to get things sorted out for me. Very professional.

From my initial call with Alex all the way through to completion managed by Ellie my whole experience was great, both are very professional and I really appreciated the time and effort Alex took to ensure I got the best product that suited my needs and similarly with Ellie ensuring the full process was completed and kept me up to date at each step. Would highly recommend Fluent money to my friends and family.

David and Callum were fantastic throughout the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed every step of the way. Very Good Experience

Very good experience, great communication and speedy. Easy to get a hold off, and responsive. Andrew and Matthew worked great together and managed to get us the right mortgage product on time. Would've been very difficult to buy without their help.

Had the mistake of making a gentle…

Had the mistake of making a gentle enquiry and within 3 minutes received a phone call, we have since had a change of heart and have told them so-but constantly getting texts , emails and phone calls. Surely you take the hint and think maybe he doesn't need our service. Fair play with the rapid call back but do you think they'd be so eager if you needed them. Just be careful as you will get hassled if you go near them. Embarrassing company chasing a sale.

Second time using Fluent

Second time using Fluent. My remortgage to consolidate debt and release some cash from my property completed in a record 3 days! Big thanks to Sam H, he was super friendly and supportive in the initial stage and then thanks to my case manager Daniel N for wizzing the case through to completion and updating me with every step!

Fees are on the expensive side but worth it for taking the stress away as they do everything for you and have access to so many lenders and products for all criteria’s!

Sasha was very professional at the…

Sasha was very professional at the start of the process. Cat became our case manager we had some difficulties with incorrect emails holding things up. We had a number of different advisors involved which I found difficult. Communication was good overall and we had a positive experience. My advice would be to stick with one case manager, difficulty with working hours from myself and fluent made the process longer. I would use the service again.
