Highly recommended! We needed to replace a toilet pump, and a few weeks later needed an annual boiler maintenance. Both performed by Adam and his team professionally, on time, in a friendly manner and with fair prices. Would definitely use their services again.

We have used flushplumbingand heating several times. Each time we have had excellent service. Arrived exactly on time today and sourced and fitted a retractable shower head for us very quickly and efficiently with no fuss. The price was extremely reasonable as well - far better than a few other quotes we had been given. Highly recommended.

So refreshing to find a reliable heating & plumbing company in North London. Arrived bang on time, did the job professionally and efficiently (boiler service and Hive install), took less than the time they estimated, left everything spotless, charged me what they estimated up front - no hidden costs. Perfect - nothing more to say (except thanks!).

I had my boiler installed by Flush plumbing a couple of years ago and now always go back to them for my Gas certificate and servicing. This year I had some niggly plumbing work to do and they were very happy to help and sort out the job.

I can highly recommend the quality of work and professionalism. A very communicatively responsive company and everything promptly confirmed in writing. Plus all work was done in a timely and tidy manner.

In short, the plumber broke my shower. He knew this was likely to happen, and didn't warn me beforehand.

It is never a pleasant thing to leave a negative review of a business, but in this case I feel it could be useful to share my poor experience with Flush Plumbing and Heating.

I contacted this company based largely on their positive online reviews, and arranged for a plumber to address a leaky shower and a toilet with a sticky flush. Upon arrival, the plumber was 'unable to replicate any fault with the toilet' - not a very good start addressing a simple problem.

When he attempted to diagnose the leaky shower, the plumber broke the diverter cartridge when he removed it from the shower assembly. This rendered the shower inoperable, and the plumber's solution was initially to cap it off, and then to replace the whole shower. Fortunately he was able to glue the broken part back together and re-assemble what was by now a comically leaky shower.

My main problem with this process is that I was not informed either of the specific work taking place or its likely outcome before the job commenced. Upon presenting me with the broken diverter cartridge, the plumber assured me that such breakage was a common occurrence when dealing with this kind of issue.

This being the case, why on earth did he attempt to remove it without first informing me that it was likely I would need a new shower? Food for thought.

Also of note is the fact that the plumber indicated that the broken component was not easily replaceable. A simple google search revealed the necessary part available from a major UK plumbing parts retailer, with next day delivery.

Finally, when he departed, the plumber left the tap for my mains water supply partially closed, and the access hatch wide open - potentially a real danger as it is located right in the middle of the floor. This last point is especially disappointing as I noted the importance of closing the hatch when I showed him its location an hour earlier.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the experience of using this company, and would recommend others avoid them and instead look elsewhere.

Adam has done many plumbing jobs for me over the last few years and I have always found him to be friendly, helpful and hardworking. Adam doesn't overcharge and talks through what needs to be done with regards to repairs etc so I know what is going happen. I would highly recommend Adam for any plumbing job as he is very reliable.

Our boiler needed to be replaced urgently and I contacted Adam based on the ratings and reviews I read. I found Adam to be professional and trustworthy. I am very glad that I chose Flush Plumbing and Heating to replace my old boiler. Their quote was competitive and their service excellent. Tariq removed the old boiler and installed the new one with a minimum of disruption and a welcome positive attitude even when confronted with a reinforced concrete wall to drill through. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future when needed.

Very efficient, friendly and helpful. After I contacted Adam on their website chat line, engineer Janusch arrived that same afternoon to sort out heating problem. Boiler was serviced a few days later and that was very thorough. Other companies have serviced the boiler before but I never realised they had missed out a certain vital step until now! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to my friends.
