Holiday Review and Feedback on Global Travel

Our recent holiday was thoroughly enjoyable and very well organised. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well suited to a family with children. The facilities available ensured there was always something for the children to enjoy, which helped make the break both relaxing and positive for everyone.

The holiday provided the children with valuable experiences, routine, and positive memories, and overall it was a much-needed and successful break.

We would also like to highlight the excellent support received from Global Travel throughout the booking and travel process. Communication was clear, timely, and supportive, with staff being approachable and responsive to any queries. Arrangements were handled efficiently, which reduced stress and allowed us to focus on the children and the holiday itself.

Overall, we are very happy with both the holiday and the service provided by Global Travel and would confidently recommend them to others.

We were recommended to Global by a friend a few years ago and have used them ever since. Always great service from the lovely team at West Kirby. Good hotel recommendations, flight bookings and transfers, nothing too much trouble. Was great having back-up during our recent holiday too, our return flight was cancelled whilst we were away, but Global contacted us to let us know and the team had already secured seats on an alternative flight, leaving us to enjoy the remainder of the holiday worry free. Thanks ladies!

Maria Wright is a blessing to the company! Maria is professional, informative and knows everything to know about travel, countries and excursions, probably as she has been to most! Maria booked Mexico and Dominican Republic for me and my Fiancé and both trips were fantastic and both were from her recommendations on hotels, flights and dates. Really easy from start to finish, as a family we have booked many trips with global over the years and the girls are all so hopefully, they go above and beyond and always find us the best prices.

We had our 30th wedding anniversary coming up and because we couldn't do anything for our 25th (Covid restrictions), we decided to make this anniversary special. We had chosen Oman as our venue and called into to our local travel agent. We were warmly welcomed by Clare, the branch manager. Between us, an itinerary was made. Clare is a very knowledgable and helpful person. It was pleasure to deal with her and Global travel.
