Universal Air is a Masterclass in Negligence and Disorganization

DO NOT FLY THIS AIRLINE. Universal Air is, without question, the most chaotic and incompetent airline I have ever encountered. The entire operation is a spectacular failure, defined by severe disorganization and a customer service team that offers nothing but dismissive silence and deflection.

The cabin crew is clearly inexperienced and shockingly poorly trained. They lack the basic skills and competence to handle passenger welfare or operational issues.

This airline’s operational failures are a safety concern: Last summer, on several flights, passengers were trapped inside the cabin without a working Auxiliary Power Unit (APU) to provide air conditioning on the ground. To be left sweltering in an uncooled metal tube during the Mediterranean summer heat is inexcusable and frankly, gross negligence.

Universal Air demonstrates zero respect for its customers. From complete disarray at check-in to dangerous thermal conditions onboard, this is a completely dismal and unprofessional carrier. Avoid this airline at all costs; they are not worth the risk, the delay, or the misery.
