Bad experience!

The sales person Kevin who got in touch with me was extremely pushy and also patronising. When comparing quotes he also stated other agencies which funnily enough have great ratings and have found me better deals even telling me to check their legitimacy and trustpilot scores which were great with thousands of reviews. Sadly Universal Flights I can only see one bad review for so it doesn’t instil confidence into a customer! I found the whole experience to be quite poor sadly which is a shame as I did see this company recommended when searching for good flight deals.
