I recently had a memory foam mattress and a set of custom cushions made by Foam Superstore, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of the foam is excellent—really comfortable, supportive, and clearly made to a high standard.

DONT BOTHER WITH NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Ordered replacement foam for my couch at 1pm on Wednesday 18/3/26 paid extra for next day delivery received email stating order been accepted. Having no notification regarding delivery timescale on Thursday 19/3/26 used chat bot on their website to check when delivery would be made instantly got email stating delivery scheduled for Friday 20/3/26 from foam superstore and dhl.
Friday 20/3/26 got dhl email cancelling delivery with new delivery date stated as next working day so phoned foam superstore and requested refund of additional postage cost and new delivery date, they rang back assuring me delivery would be on Friday 20/3/26 and refunded additional postage. Friday 20/3/26 nothing arrived.

The whole experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time because of their disappointing customer service in now having to wait until Monday to contact them to cancel the order and request a refund, a day waiting in for a non existent delivery on Friday and 5 days without the items promised next day.

they were a bit delayed in the intial response but once they did give a checkup call I was advised of correct timescales and costs

Ordered a set of replacement cushions with custom cushion covers for my campervan. After pricing up the spec with the same fabric to make covers myself, I realised Foam Superstore were very competitively priced (only £50 difference), so decided to purchase online. The lead time was 15 working days from order, which seems standard for custom covers elsewhere.

There was a slight hiccup in the process which meant they were delayed by 3 days, however they have just arrived & they are absolutely perfect. I am very pleased with my purchase!

Quality of the workmanship is fab, & foam is very comfortable! They have been made exactly to the spec I ordered and I'm very pleased with the outcome!

Tried to charge me £25 for shipping a tiny sample of foam.

We went to Foam Superstore to get two living room chairs cushions replaced Very helpful indeed very good price and a quick delivery back to us we went again on 16th January to get 3 settee cushions replaced again an excellent price and cushions were delivered back to us 21st January absolutely delighted with the customer service would thourly recommend Foam Superstore 1st Class Service

We recently received a made to order, large foam seat cushion from the Foam Superstore and we couldn't be happier! It's perfect and very well made. The lead time is around three weeks before dispatch but after inquiring with other companies before I chose to go with Foam Superstore, that seems to be the norm especially during the spring and summer seasons. Communication was fine and delivery was fast after dispatch. Our sofa is now so much more comfortable and it looks brand new! Thank you for your fine work and service Foam Superstore! Well done!

Absolutely delighted, this company is great to deal with sent in my measurements and the cut to size sofa seat pads were received within a week. They fit perfectly and are lovely and firm which is ideal for my boys who are big guys! The sofa looks brand new and feels very comfortable even though they are very firm pads I’m over the moon. Well impressed as an upholsterer was going to cost me a fortune. I will definitely use this company again.

Superb help from start to finish. Talked to them via online chat. Took my covers up and lady extremely helpful. Picked my foam then collected 5 days later. Job was so good I have just dropped off another set to be done.

I had an issue with the colour of the fabric which was so different from the photo - not resolved except to be told that I should have got a sample. But now the foam has got wet in the rain and leached a milky white, toxic-looking ooze through all the seams completely ruining the fabric covers! Couldn't believe it could get worse. Company wanted nothing to do with it and refused to replace the covers or the foam, as I had had given them a rude review !! Small claims court here we go

had a great experience with this company and iam glad to recommend foam superstore, they advised on the type of foam that would be best and the coverings for our outdoor garden furniture the colours were perfect and craftsmanship spot on. delivered so quick no distance to far away, also kept in touch from sending to product delivered spot on 👍

helpful to deal with until I received the order which was a radically different colour to the colour advertised. Instead of a fabric shown as a textured marine blue on their website I received a neon sky blue - looks awful and now having to get another company to make covers. Expensive and Foam Superstore not interested in helping or offering to replace. It's all 'if you read the smallprint, f@ck off''

One of the worst companies I've ever used!

I ordered some made to measure foam to replace my sofa cushions. I carefully measured my current cushion and made sure the sizes I inputted into their website were correct.

When the foam came it was far to big. I measured it and it was about 20% bigger than the sizes I put in their website and the sizes that were shown on my order details. I contacted them immediately to tell them the size was incorrect. They replied telling me to just force it in and they told me it's my own fault. Not sure how it coming 20% over the inputted sizes was my own fault. No amount of forcing would make the foam fit in my cover. The cover was going to rip before the foam went in. I replied to Foam Superstore but they totally ignored me an I never heard from them again.

I had no choice but to start a chargeback on the money paid and thankfully today was fully refunded by my bank. Foam Superstore totally ignored everything after telling me it's my own fault, shove it in.

Absolute useless company, that I would recommended people steer well clear of and find a different company.

I've now got to make a trip to the tip so I can get rid of this useless foam that's been taking up space for weeks in my house.

Great customer service, great product and great price, especially compared to similar others. My perfectly sized replacement cushion arrived on time, was easy to fit and feels wonderfully comfortable..

I had a great experience with this company. I sent off my 'L' shaped sofa cushion cover to be measured for a new foam insert. They called my the day after to discuss what type of foam I'd like, explained the differences, and then it was back within a week!

Absolutely shocking!!!!! We used the free shipping of 3-5days for a deadline of a project. It didn't come as you would have now come to expect. When contacting them on the Monday after (Saturday was the deadline) they said they they would send it now and get it next day (they hadn't even sent it at this point 🤬) needless to say it didn't come. For another week!!!!

I had paid via PayPal 41.89 and just found now that there is a direct debit scheduled for end of November for the same amount to this scandalous company again. I've cancelled it but that is disgusting!!!!

I used Foam Superstore to purchase some replacement seat pads for a garden furniture set. The website was really easy to use in entering your measurements and selecting the foam type and any extras. The foam sets arrived promptly and are really high quality. Has made a big difference to the comfort and quality of our garden furniture set and considerably cheaper than building whole new cushions. Very pleased and will use again.

Although there was a small problem with the order from foam superstore (the stockinette was missed off the order), the follow up support I had from their representative Milin was exemplary. The stockinette arrived as promised the next day. Would definitely use them again.
