My foil art turned out amazing!! It's so intricate, and every little detail appeared perfectly. I emailed Steph shortly after ordering it because I had selected the wrong colour, she replied quickly and immediately changed it for me with no hassle. Can't recommend Steph's services enough not only is the quality outstandingly beautiful she also sends over a mock preview to see if you're happy to go ahead with the design. Ordered a couple of money cards for xmas. Received both cards but only 1 plastic piece which holds the money therefore had to choose between my niece and nephew who got their money card. Emailed several times with no response. Sent messages on social media which was answered after some time was told a replacement would be sent. Never received. I have gave up trying to contact them terrible customer service!! Next step is a chargeback as I never got what I paid for!! Will never order again!!
