Item took 15 days even though when paying you pay for 48 hours tracked. Was too late to give to partner for his birthday

Product never received and zero communication from the company.
I sent 2 emails, a social media message and a message through their form on the website with no responses to any.
Extremely disappointing especially as this was part of a 30th birthday gift and the birthday has now past.
Ordered in plenty of time, a dispatch email sent but Royal Mail never received from the company and it never arrived with me. Taken my money and not sent the product.

Their Webpage is brilliant and very easy to Customize the Cards. Even got a Concert card where the recipient can scratch and find out where he/her is going. I will definitely order again from here <3

The customer service is amazing. I haven't seen them in person yet but I'm not concerned about the quality based on everyone else's reviews. My order got lost in the mail, I only noticed yesterday and needed my husband to bring them home from work today or we wouldn't have them for Christmas. They were remade and sent as special delivery and he has them ready to bring home. I've genuinely never been so impressed by customer service. Thank you so much.

Surprise flight ticket

I just got mine in the main for my sisters birthday and I’m so so impressed with it. It came with fast delivery within 3-4 days and it’s just as expected on the picture. The holographic gold is lovely and so is the ribbon too. Also comes with cushioning in the box so the ticket doesn’t get damaged.

Going to order it for many occasions for presents 😂
