Further to this, I will always try to help out customers if they need it sooner and don’t charge ‘rush fees’. However, on this occasion, I was not aware of the urgency beyond my standard timeframes.

Ordered a ticket off Foilux for my daughters birthday for our surprise trip to Disney Land Paris. It arrived a couple of days ago and I absolutely love it! I'm sorry for any frustration with our communication. As a small business in the busiest time of the year, we appreciate your understanding and patience, especially over the weekend. The time zone difference between Australia and the UK (+11 hours) can also contribute to response delays as whilst it’s 8pm in the evening on a Monday in Australia, it’s only 9am for the UK.
Regarding the 'stuck in transit' you mentioned, on the tracking it said ‘item leaving the UK’ which means your parcel is en route from the UK to Australia, and the next update would be when it arrives in Australia. International shipping, as outlined on our website (7-28 days), does take time.
