Following a nightmare extension build we were left with ill fitting, draughty bifolds. The company that had installed them had since gone "bankrupt" and everyone else only wanted to install new windows.
Eventually we found someone online who came and had a look. A price was quoted and he disappeared literally, never to be seen again. Over the summer and autumn we followed up with emails only to be told that due to Brexit the rare brushes required for our doors ( manufactured in Germany from the finest human hair of peerless provenence) were proving impossible to source but that he was up all night in his workshop perfecting an alternative which would be unveiled to resounding cheers any day now.......
Another draughty winter arrived and another summer had passed with the windows resolutely refusing to open or keep out the weather.
Realising that we had (again) been given the runaround, we scoured the Internet and happened upon Bifolddoctor.
We sent an enquiry and received a quick response from Chris.
Within days a fair price had been quoted and a day scheduled.
2 guys showed up on time, completed the work (explaining to this curious customer as they went), tidied up and left.
Absolutely brilliant service overseen with excellent comms by Chris.
I could not recommend more highly.

A pre-installation survey helps to ensure your installation runs smoothly as your door was being installed internally between the house and the conservatory and we were able to check that the two floor levels would work with the flush threshold you had selected.

Excellent company
Very pleased with our french door/window combination. A lot of help from Foldingdoors2u in making our final choice and the quality and look of the doors are impressive. The company was also extremely helpful, storing the doors (our independent installer had an unforeseen event) until our installer was able to complete the job.
I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to replace your existing doors etc.

Really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase although I am a little surprised with such a poor review.
The last email we received from you on 8th October stated that both you and your customer were 'over the moon' with the doors so I am surprised to receive a review that appears to suggest the exact opposite.
We have no record at all of any query on the colour of any of the items delivered. The bifold door was was ordered as a special RAL colour and the roof lantern was RAL 7016 anthracite grey and according to our records this is what was supplied.
I do accept that a glass unit was reported missing from the lantern delivery and we organised a replacement that was delivered 3 days later.
We are a family run business dedicated to providing a first class service and if there is something still outstanding please don't hesitate to let us know and we will investigate further.
