We are absolutely delighted with our bi fold doors. From initial measuring appointment to the installation the service was second to none. The sales team were really friendly and helpful and kept us informed on the progress. The doors are extremely high quality and look amazing. The installation team were friendly and respectful of our property. They went through all of the instruction for use with us before leaving.
All in all a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend.

There were no delays or excuses etc the installers were friendly and professional and didn’t try to rush things. They were there most of the day. We are relaxed and confident that if there are any issues in the future that our guarantee will be honoured with the same level of professionalism.

Apart from being excellent value for money, their customer service is absolutely brilliant. I had lots of questions and the sales team answered every one with patience and expertise. Wow where to begin! Folding Doors 2 U have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first phone call right through to specifying our requirements and then onto fitting. They listened to exactly what we wanted to gain practicality wise and aesthetically too! The bifold doors are top class, really well engineered and really do make the project! We found using their website for the quote was a superb feature and could actually visualise what we were getting! We certainly will be favouring Folding Doors 2 U for all our future builds! Great product and great service. Bifold doors look great and the price was good and leadtimes were fast. We did have several issues with missing parts and a fitting error but there customer service was responsive and helpful and these were resolved immediately. Would recommend.

Superb service. I have experienced issues with a ew installed bifold door for over a year which two seperate fitters previously attempted to remedy but failed. Most quality companies are fully booked as were FD2U but they fitted me in. The two guys who arrived were pleasant and knew their stuff. They carried out the assessment and immediately set to work. The doors now operate as intended. Great service which these days is unfortunately hard to find.

Looked on line for a few ideas and sizes saw what I liked and at the right price, delivery timing was accurate and all in good condition, all in all a good experience

We have wooden doors with a five point locking system which has been broken for over a year. (The doors were installed by a separate firm of builders). Having had three people out to look at the locking mechanism already, I didn't believe that anyone could fix it. But the two guys who came were here just under an hour and I now have lockable doors once more. Plus they noticed that they hadn't been sealed properly when they were installed, so did that at the same time. Would highly recommend this company.

This company came to service some bi-fold doors fitted by builders when an extension was done.
The guys ‘phoned on the day with an ETA, were personable, professional, quick, offered advice as to how to keep the doors running problem-free, and the work is guaranteed for a year.
What’s not to like?!
