From ordering to delivery good service and delivered on time.
The delivery firm used by Foldingdoors2you didn’t want to drive their delivery wagon onto the drive which would have made the delivery VERY difficult as the road is 60mts from where the glass lantern needed to be. Too heavy to carry 60mts. The driver claimed it was Company policy not to drive onto driveways.
We managed !!

Great doors. Reasonable price really good quality. Very good communication. Took a while to be ready but that’s to be expected I think about 6 weeks so not unreasonable. Delivered with plenty of notice we were given an accurate delivery slot. The doors work really well and look great

Great quality doors delivered bang on time, only reason I've not given 5 stars one door was reversed opening after 3 sign offs, however all compensated for and they look amazing on build. Will definitely use again.

We ordered 2 sets of doors from FoldingDoors2U, one set of Bifolds and one set of Patio Doors. They arrived on time, however when installing the Patio Doors, we discovered that the doors were faulty and manufactured poorly so that they wouldn't latch despite trying everything.

When we got in contact with FoldingDoors2U, they were initially helpful and promised us someone would be in touch. We left it a few days before chasing, and someone finally got in touch and informed us of how we could resolve the issue ourselves, which was expected considering they were supply only.

However, the advice given was not helpful, and we had to get our window installer back a further two times to resolve the faulty doors. Despite the extra cost to us was incurred by the fact the doors were manufactured wrongly, FD2U were extremely unhelpful and refused to compensate any of the additional labour costs.

I won't buy from FD2U again, and I would definitely recommend people to not be tempted by their prices, and to shop elsewhere.

The service was great and product is very good. I had lots of questions about the types of door and fittings etc. which were all dealt with promptly. The doors themselves are excellent quality. The fitters were also great, did a very professional job and came back to check on something I wasn't sure about to make sure everything was in order. Really cannot fault them on anything.

The build quality of the bi-fold doors I ordered is excellent and installation was quite straightforward. The doors are factory installed making it easy to ensure they are properly aligned provided the frame is fitted correctly. The glass arrived a few days after the frame as explained to me when the initial delivery date was confirmed.

The only thing I would have preferred is for the door/frame assembly to have been delivered the right way up. As the doors need to be removed before the frame can be installed and not realising it was upside down made removing the doors a bit tricky but after that everything was fine.
