The product is of superior quality, the customer service is exemplary and the whole experience is painless due to the easy ordering process on the website.

A great service from this company - and Kate in particular. They came to measure quickly after initial call and the glass lead time was very reasonable at 3 weeks. No issues with installation, the restrictor was missing, but they have sorted that out relatively quickly. You do pay 50% upfront and balance before installation, which made me slightly nervous, but it was all fine.

Very pleased with our recently purchased bi fold doors. It was a nice easy website to use to order and doors are good quality, nice colour and very sturdy. Have already recommended to our neighbours

Both my bi folding doors and atrium came as they should. Installation guys were great aswell. Would fully recommend using them.

Excellent communication throughout. Ordered both BiFolds and French doors from the company. BiFolds delivered and easily installed by two people as frames already assembled with doors and handles. Just a matter of fitting the glass panels. A number of grub screws had fallen out during transit but after a quick email these are now being sent in the post. Matching French doors due to arrive in a couple of week. Great product and customer service would highly recommend

Great service, from ordering to delivery , would have give top marks other than the fact they came with no fitting instructions.

The process for selecting and ordering the door was straight forward and the communication was very good - responsive and detailed and they even spoke directly with my builder to ensure everything was as required.
The delivery was not ideal - the service was essentially to drive the doors to us. We had to offload and move the doors to the suitable location. This was less than ideal and only possible because the driver was helpful and my husband is strong. Not a very accesible service for anyone who isn't fortunate enough to have these two.
The installation was swift and trouble free - a lovely pair.
The sliding doors are very good looking. My only issue is that the locking mechanism is fiddly. You've really got to get it pushed all the way flush and hold it in whilst you lock it. They're also very heavy but that's to be expected and I'm getting used to that.
All in all the service was good and interacrion with all involved was positive but definitely need to add the transfer of the doors off the van and to the right location to your service.

Brilliant product and excellent customer service. I had many quotes for 2 sets of large bi folding doors, every other company seems to um and ah about the sizing etc, this company came, sized up, gave me a quote (that was cheaper than other companies), most importantly its the staff and service that drew me to purchase the bi folds. On the day of fitting everything was completed swiftly and with extreme precision. We are very happy with our bi folding doors. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

These doors are absolutely gorgeous, exactly what we wanted for a great price. The customer service we received was excellent. The only reason we’ve chosen to put 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the delivery. There was a huge miscommunication between the delivery driver, FD2U and ourselves. Nevertheless FD2U showed great professionalism, listened and acted on our concerns and complaints about this process. We felt that we were heard and valued.
The doors. THE DOORS 😍 are beautiful, they give our kitchen the wow factor that we were looking for. We would definitely recommend FD2U, they make a luxury item not only affordable and but also great quality.

The doors arrived swiftly and are well priced considering the good quality. The customer service was excellent and i would use this company again. There were however a few downsides which ended up being minor as i was also compensated for my trouble. I had ordered 3 custom doors and one of which came the wrong way round so i had to swap the seals and a few other bits around but luckily they worked fine with the help of a member from FD2U. Also there weren't any manuals included for the doors and this had to be requested. Some of the trickle vent holes were also misplaced (so i had to drill others) and I felt as though some of the seals were unnecessarily long. Although this sounds like quite a few bad points, i would still recommend this company to anyone as the overall quality and customer service seemed exceptional for the price, they work well and my customer is over the moon with them!

Very good service and quality. Kate was very helpful and ran through all the detail with me. It took 3 weeks to manufacture, but was advised from the start, so if they can reduce the lead time would be a huge improvement overall. I would recommend.

Doors came as expected on the delivery date. I was kept informed on their arrival and there were no issues from the date of buying to arrival. Doors look great and open well.
