These are for a gift in August so I haven’t opened them yet. They are beautifully packaged and very worthy of the price. My grandson has the previous volumes and I asked him what was special about them. He said they were very luxurious and beautifully illustrated and with textile backing.

A nice Collectable. From my point of View the best Version of the ASOIAF Books. It’s expensive yes, but if you truly want the greatest version of the Books, there’s non better and the money is worth it.

An edition to treasure.
A successful Christmas gift. Good quality paper and art and a beautiful cover (same can't be said for the mass market version - one of the ugliest book covers I've ever seen). Definitely expensive but worth, it in part because the mass markets are so bloody ugly and in part because I was able to take full advantage of Norways exempting of books from customs duty and VAT.
