I would give this five stars across the board, except for the fact that folio gouges their us customers! The books are absolutely stunning. But for some reason, folio has decided that they are going to charge a premium for the books shipped to the US customers. I did the conversion rate, and uk-based customers are saving a significant amount of money over what is being charged to us-based customers. Folio, do you dislike your us customers so much as to offer them your product but turn around and stick it to them to spite them?

Following the previous 3 installments, this edition is simply stunning. Excellent quality, one of the best GRR Martin's Game of thrones editions ever made. Shipping was fast and well packaged.

This version of the series is obviously for those who are very into 'A Song of Ice and Fire' already, but for those of us who are, this is easily the best edition I've seen. Every new chapter heading, all the appendices, the cover and the protective case, they all breathe new life into a series I dearly hope will actually be finished one day. But even if it isn't, these special editions will feature most prominently in my bookcase.
