Fabulous edition of of one of Georgette Heyers' most delightful stories. Full of humour, a wonderful set of characters, well potraited by Ms. Heyer. The heroine Venetia, beautiful, disarmingly frank and always gracious with a lively sense of humour, when her brother has an accident and is rescued by Lord Dameral, Venetia meets Dameral,she finds the friend she has always longed for. Lord Dameral considered a rake not suitable for Venetia..... This beautifully illustrated folio edition, is a wonderfull edition to any library.
