I placed an order on Foodpanda with an…

I placed an order on Foodpanda with an expected delivery time of 40–45 minutes. After waiting, the rider called me and asked me to cancel the order, saying it would take too long and that I would get a refund. I canceled the order, but now I haven’t received any refund, and I’m also unable to reorder and They Are saying your order amount is waste now and non refundable.This feels like fraud, and from now on I will never order from Foodpanda again.

my big mistake i ordered from foodpanda the delivery man have no coins,my bill is 205.99 then the delivery say i have no change og money 💵,i given 500 to him he give me 290 from 500 😡😠...............................................

I will uninstall this app after…

I will uninstall this app after received my order. The system is deliberately designed so you can’t complain about the waiting time. It has been over an hour and my food is still “being prepared.” Why do your business partners accept orders when they know they can’t deliver on time? This is completely unethical.

Everytime I order from food panda restaurant in Karachi specially kaybees deliver un cooked food no food quality neither hygiene
I feel exhausted spending so much money and then they try to compensate through refund ?? Take the refund in your own ass can you remove such restaurants from it’s platform restaurant chefs are tired of their jobs I guess they think since customers won’t check it it’s just Foodpanda’s rider so they can send anything they want
Kaybees should be red flagged and removed from foodpanda

Total scam

Total scam. I ordered a full double-patty zinger (as shown in the image) for 650 rupees, but got a single patty burger. I ordered Sprite, got Black Gourmet. Outside was a muffins package, inside was papas packaging. Thanks for breaking my trust in ordering food online.

I am hungry and they have not enough order to start delivering

I am food panda pro user and it makes me sick why i did that in the first place, you will become hangry using their priority delivery service, they dont let you cancel your order. The ripping off money which is not that much but at-least be A MAN OF YOUR WORDS FOOD PANDA OWNER, we made you reach where you are at now. Do not think that this will stay like this for ever, your services are not as how they used to be. Thank you very much for all the hanger.

I am a panda pro subscriber and they have THE WORST service ever.... they are rude and unfair to the riders too, doesn't make sense to me how such a great business model can be messed up

So lazy and no help options

I ordered today at 4:34 PM PST. And it is now 5:44 PM at the moment. Order is not placed yet.
Why food panda service is so lazy ?
Within a hour, i can go to Karachi biryani and eat it there. And also not much help option there. No live chat in customer service or no phone help any office of food panda provide.
I made such a big mistake to waiste my 1 hour in waiting for food panda order.djmb and lazy peoples.

Pathetic Customer Support Chat with Muhammad S.

I’m absolutely furious with the way I was treated by your support agent Muhammad S. He completely ignored my concerns, acted like he couldn’t care less, and made it painfully obvious he didn’t want to help. I asked for a manager callback—not even that was acknowledged. Instead, he abruptly ended the chat without warning and without giving me any option to rate the experience. How convenient.

Let me make one thing clear: I work in customer support myself—on calls—and I know exactly how this field works. I follow every protocol, give my full attention to every caller, and ensure they feel heard and respected. That’s why customers rate me 5 stars every single time. What I experienced from Foodpanda was the absolute opposite of professionalism. It was careless, rude, and disgraceful.

This isn’t just poor service—it’s a complete failure of basic customer care. Foodpanda Pakistan should be ashamed of the pathetic excuse for a support team it has in place.

I am a food panda partner with my restaurant near deffence a pathetic and unprofessional behaviour cutting unnecessary amounts in the name of commission and services deduction ..like suppose if I have earned 10k for last 15 days they give me 2 k for unnecessary deductions and all bloody piece of shit the device they give me ...someone must take strong action against them .

Dont order chicken or meat from them

I ordered fresh chicken on 8th July and received 2days old frozen chicken with the production date mentioned as 6th July. When I complained to their help center, they just said, We will try to improve our services. I mean, why should I consume 2days old frozen chicken in the name of fresh chicken?even it was not first time.

I don't want to give1 Star even to such a company like this , such a piece of crap this Foodpanda Owners are, such thieves and Allah will surely catch them and punish them. They are robbers, charge way too much than regular store cost and delver worst food....... I wish I could find the culprit

Sad & pathetic service

Sad & pathetic service. Specially Panda Mart, they sent you expired items, there is no review option & half the time the agent REFUSE to give you a refund. You get kicked back & forth if the restaurant is delivering like Kababjees, then you are screwed. If there is something wrong with the food, your money is GONE!
We face this issue cause FP is the only food/grocery delivering company & we are being blackmailed, basically. Last month, the rider switched the order, came back asking for the bag back saying this is not yours I made a mistake. I asked where my order was, he said he’ll bring it, I refused, told him first bring my order (it was marked delivered). To make it short I messaged FP explained the situation & got a refund & she said tell the rider the same & don’t talk to him. When I told the rider that, it was like he went mad, started calling me a thief & God knows what, went down on the street & started yelling & threatening to catch me when I leave the house. We have a gated society & there are guards at the gate, he told the guards the same things & they were calling me, it was a messy shit. My complain didn’t do anything, actually the Mustafa guy who called, after I filed the complain, at first started giving me really bad attitude & was nasty, after I told him what happened then he was like we will take action blah blah!
The next week, the same rider delivered again to my house & was nasty as F saying you couldn’t do anything last time nothing happened to me & bunch of bullshit.
Basically it seems like FP doesn’t give a F in Karachi at least!
The riders are mostly nice, it won’t be fair not to say that, but at times you face such a frustrating situations that it is beyond your tolerance!

They are thieves and thugs!

Absolutely shocking. I waited 2.5 hours for an order. For 2 hours I was talking to the customer support team of foodpanda and I contacted the restaurant directly too. The app kept showing 5 mins until delivery and they kept misleading me. At the very end, the restaurant told me foodpanda cancelled the order an hour ago saying the rider tried to contact me and failed. I never received a call or text and doorbell never rang. Lies. Now they are refusing to refund my money. Now I can see they did exactly the same thing to someone else!! They are thieves!!
