I think it is a good thing but but but in larkana there are so many restaurants but in foodpanda we only get some restaurants so please improve and grocery store is only one and tax is 150 so please improve foodpanda and pakistan please please

Food delivery Issue

Ordered the food, not delivered by making excuses that's check with other family members, People please don't make payments via card in advance, both food and payment eaters. Use Cash on Delivery, at least u don't waste ur money. Now provide alternative for the dinner, spent night with eating maggi noddles

Order/ received diff. Support is pathetic af

Order something. Received something else. The agent told me to consume to food and i will be getting a refund. Further contacting them, they told me they wont be able to give me a refund and the support is so worse. They keep on saying they have system restrictions and keep on pasting sxripts. also they wont be able to give a refund. Dont ever pay with card

Am having a worst experience with Customer Services

Am having a worst experience with customer services of Foodpanda, they are hopeless and helpless with preloaded scripts. Mustafa Peracha CEO FP Pakistan should open up his eyes and go through the reviews especially coming from their corporate customers if they even consider it worth.

Worst Service Ever

Worst Service Ever!

Highly Disappointed with pathetic customer service. If you place an order online and the restaurant cancels at last minute, foodpanda does not bother to pay any penny back to you, plus 'They dont care' they keep pushing your complaint to the point where u giveup on ur own! worst Refund service ever!

Never ordering from this place again!

So disappointed !
They charge people and don’t place an order and never refunds even after assuring . They just contact you to close the case thats it . They are intentionally doing this . Such a shame !

Pathetic service by food panda since…

Pathetic service by food panda since last 6 months, owing to fuel prices they increased delievery charges upto 179 PKR but still they give 3 orders to one rider so he will deliever you food late and its aboslutely cold and pathetic, complained so many times, no action. many times cancel ur order without replying back or giving you any information, just making money by use of poor riders

I ordered 3 subs and 2 drinks from…

I ordered 3 subs and 2 drinks from Subway DD Block (DHA, Lahore) branch and received 2 subs. I initiated the chat with the Foodpanda agent and even called the restaurant. Both refused to take the responsibility and Foodpanda denied any refund. So disappointed!!!

Pakistani restaurants are slowly forgetting the definition of customer service. They don't know how to deal with a customer.

Crap customer service

Crap customer service. Always have automated replies and reps cannot handle queries. Lie through their teeth and hide behind chat boxes. You cannot call them, so you just get ripped off. 10% of their revenue is probably earned through genuine customer grievances or their own incompetent policies.

Not the first time it has happened to me and won't be the last time. And you can stick your feedback survey in whichever orifice you find appropriate because you don't do a damn thing about it!

i ordered foodpanda 2 falooda received one after 45 min rider said 1 gir gaya dosra war gaya tha delivery main 35 min lagai aur help line not working i email them and they refused we do nothing on it
