I have been a customer of Foodpanda for…

I have been a customer of Foodpanda for over two years and used to order food and groceries from them at least twice a week untill 10 days ago when I stopped because almost two months ago on July 30 I ordered something and the payment was deducted from my bank account but the order was not confirmed. They charged me but my ordered did not go through and I received a phone from food panda that I will get my refund within 10 to 12 days. After 14 days of waiting for my refund, I contacted them again and they said they have escalated the issue and it will take another 24 to 48 hours to fix this , I waited another 4 days then contacted them again they asked me to wait another 10 to 12 days and this 10 to 12 days waiting period followed by asking me to wait another 24 to 48 hours cycle continued for another two times untill I finally gave up and deleted their app from my phone and I will never order from them again.

So I ordered some grocery and snack…

So I ordered some grocery and snack from the panda mart, it was a paid order. The rider didn't show up even after an hour, upon checking the app food panda cancelled my order and took my money as well. When I reached customer support (they don't let you chat with real representative that easily) they said rider came but no one responded so you have wasted food. It was actually snacks "lays and all that stuff". No idea where that rider went and how is these snacks are wasted. Keeping it short, they wasted my time and never refunded my money back. Don't let your self be fooled by this app as they have changed their policies a lot and will not give any support to their customers.

Worst and worst…. Avoid … Avoid … at all cost… I paid for priority and food came 1 hour late and driver was worst of creature I have ever come across … he asked 100Rs extra for delivery. What a con man

Terrible customer service I was trying…

Terrible customer service I was trying food panda pro and I paid for yearly plane but after using it for 10mints I found out it have not worth as the price was more expensive than before they are saying free shipping while they adjust price in item cost. So it's was it worth I tried to contact support but there was not any channel so I had contact them on Fb and they said you can cancel your subscription renewal while I was asking them to cancel my active subscription which they said they have any policy to cancel any subscriptions. Then what the hell is this going one. I see there have very low rating on trust pilot and found out alot of needs need to be done. But instead they are busy deleting comments from their page.

Never pay online

I placed an order today through foodpanda which he do kinda regularly. I placed an order for delivery which I always do. But apparently the restaurant @big fat roll in Gulberg. Marked it as “PICK UP” so I had to cancel the order through chat. But because I paid online the FOODPANDA refuses te refund the money. So guys please do not pay online. Simply do cash on delivery so you can actually cancel the order if there is any issue.

I ordered sweets worth Pakistani rupees 1250/and made payment online but my order was not delivered and Foodpanda has no way of allowing making immediate complaint or customer support center. They are lying a lot. I'm deleting their app after this review. You should too.

23th June i tried to place an order of…

23th June i tried to place an order of 1934 rupee but it did not take place but money got deducted from my bank card. then i started following their help agents till today no refund has been done , always there is new agent and once they provided me fake bank transfer reference number also i inquired from my bank but they said its fake number , very bad experience with their help desk i think they should close their help center and today one agent told me they don't have payment proof totally crap guys .

Really bad service

Really bad service. Ordered grocery from Foodpanda partner store Carrefour an international store but they sent one wrong item. Such a poor service from such a big store! And foodpanda Help center is now automated and no real response and no refunds! Stop using Foodpanda and such big stores for online shoppi g. They are all looters!

I have been a loyal customer for over…

I have been a loyal customer for over 3-4 years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. They’ve added a new feature that forces users to choose priority delivery by deliberately delaying standard delivery orders. This feels like blackmail.

Moreover, there are very few options to contact customer support. You can only reach your rider through chat support, and they rarely respond to queries.

Overall, the service has deteriorated significantly. If you can’t provide reliable service and support, it’s time to rethink your approach.

#Foodpanda Pakistan has became worst

#Foodpanda Pakistan hs became worst. If you place an order and it shows 30-60 minutes in delivery time. Then even if you don't receive it after 2 hours. You can't do anything except canceling the order. Even you can't initiate a chat. I don't have idea, how many seconds are there in 1 minute for foodpanda app time.

Honestly I don’t want to give 1 star…

Honestly I don’t want to give 1 star even, lately I have placed an order and after waiting for 50 minutes they asking me to wait another 60 minutes. I mean i should starve to death and they wont give a damn. They wont let you cancel the order and force you to be awake and wait for them to deliver the food after 2 hand half hour. Ridiculous thing is that you cant even reach someone to talk. Nowhere on earth a company can force their customers to starve and be awake.
This has happened more than 5 times in one month.

Bad food app

Bad food app. Customer support keeps u bz in asking and inquiry even if u explain the issue. Have bad restaurants in partnership. Who sell stale or contaminated food. According to the system if u forget to check ✅ all the given complain boxes. They just make it a solid reasons for not listening further complains that were appear later. Such as on eating contaminated food that shows up late. So just give u 100 rs voucher instead. Even if u had spend more n your money go waste. Only seldom they might give u full refund in order to make their image good and get good reviews. It's obvious if u give bad reviews they delete it from their page by themselves. But every literate person know this tricky action nowadays.
