Foodpanda.pk is a piece of shit
Foodpanda.pk is a piece of shit. They waste your time and money. I waited almost 2.5 hours but my order wasn't delivered. I contacted customer support and they kept giving me time. I then called the restaurant directly and they said "The Foodpanda delivery boy never came to pick up your food order at the restaurant." I kept calling here and there.
They should be banned or delisted from Pakistan.
I do not recommend it at all.

As a vendor on Foodpanda, I’ve experienced issues that not only jeopardize the reputation of small businesses but also expose the flaws in the platform's operations. The lack of fairness and professionalism is alarming, leaving vendors frustrated and unsupported.
Unjustified Listing Manipulation:
My store has been marked as "closed" during working hours without any action from my team. Menu items are marked as "out of stock" when they are fully available. These manipulations divert customers to other vendors and cost us sales, creating distrust and frustration.
Controlled Order Distribution:
Foodpanda blatantly favors businesses that spend heavily on ads or discounts. Vendors like us, who can’t afford such expenses based on the not over priced menu to push commission to customers are pushed down in rankings, reducing orders and increasing losses. This is not just unfair—it’s damaging.
Security Vulnerabilities:
The system is a mess. Cheap Representatives untrained unaware of any issues or resolving abilities have access to vendor portals, raising serious concerns about data security. The misuse of availability settings and listings proves there’s little oversight, leaving vendors exposed to unethical practices.
Lack of Responsive Support:
Reporting these issues leads nowhere. Representatives either dismiss complaints or give useless advice like if you feel your number of order are less "offer discounts" or "do marketing." Meanwhile, customers tell us they see our store as "closed," even though it’s open on our end and on portals and device . This isn’t just about fewer orders or low sales —it’s about being sabotaged by a system that’s broken and misused.
Exploitation of Vendors:
The commission structure is highway robbery. Foodpanda pockets most of the discounts we’re forced to offer, leaving us with crumbs. And if there’s a billing error? Good luck getting it resolved. Vendors are left to bear the loss, no questions asked.
Corporate Monopoly:
Instead of helping the food industry during tough times, Foodpanda’s practices crush small businesses. It’s all about maximizing their profits while vendors like us struggle to survive.
This is the reality of working with Foodpanda—a platform that claims to support businesses but does the opposite. Vendors deserve fairness, not exploitation.

Absolutely shity customer service
Absolutely shity customer service, they charged money and not accepted order. Claim closed without resolving issues. Bank confirm that transaction was completed. No helpline number available. Using it from a long time, never faced such situation. Emailing them from 4-5 days and not a single response at all. Disgusting and not recommended.

Order from Mcdonald. Food wasn't delivered. App notified that it was delivered, no contact from rider. Reached support, (probably worst ever in the history) they said rider is unreachable and problem will be resolved in 48 hours. Well i was already expecting that kind of response cuz I have been a long customer and had to bump into them every now and then. I simply asked them to gimme riders number i just couldn't fathom what was so complicated to provider riders number on the chat. I think the people working for foodpanda cs are incapable. The problem is that food panda has the most coverage in terms of resteraunts and good food places thats the only reason once in a month i used to order. After today's incident i will request everybody who's affiliated with restaurants that is on foodpanda to switch to different options for delivery. Maybe cheetah. I bet their customer service would be much better compared to robots who don't understand any language can only copy paste ready made templates

Unacceptable Delivery Delay and Lack of Communication
I placed a pizza order through Foodpanda at Jalal Sons Mall Road Lahore with priority delivery and made online payments. The expected delivery time was 40-50 minutes, but I received my order after 90 minutes without any communication from Foodpanda. Despite the order being ready on time at the restaurant, Foodpanda failed to deliver it on time, and no one contacted me to update. This level of service is disappointing, and I hope Foodpanda takes this feedback seriously to improve its delivery times and communication with customers.

I usually try to keep my food delivery experiences positive, but my recent most of the orders with FoodPanda left me utterly disappointed. The concept of delivering multiple orders at the same time is, quite frankly, a recipe for disaster.
I placed my order, eagerly waiting for my meal, only to find out that my delivery person was juggling several other deliveries at once. The result? My food arrived cold, hours late,. It felt like an afterthought rather than a priority.
The customer service response was lackluster at best, with no real solutions offered—just generic apologies and empty reassurances. It’s frustrating to see a service that could be so convenient drop the ball like this.
FoodPanda needs to rethink this disaster based delivery model. Customers deserve better than a rushed service that sacrifices quality for quantity. I won’t be using FoodPanda again until significant improvements are made.
I hope this message will not change the strategy of food panda Pakistan as usual such companies never bother to improve Quality of services in Pakistan.

My extreme disappointment with your service over the past two days. Yesterday, my order was completely wrong, which was frustrating enough. But today, your delivery person made things even worse by delivering my order to the wrong location entirely.
This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I expect a full refund for both orders and a serious improvement in your service. You cannot shut the mouths of customers with vouchers. I hope you take this complaint seriously and rectify these issues immediately.
