I have been using this app for multiple years and by now I can confidently say that this app is aging backwards, they keep reducing amount of vouchers to the point that even placing 10000 rs worth of orders wouldn't get u enough point to get 50 rs voucher, what's worse is that this system was perfectly fine few years back but now it's all ruined. Vouchers and rewards isn't even an big issue, the biggest issue is the order itself, their instructions are never sent to the restaurant itself, completely useless, their delivery and all the other charges and completely insane to the fact that the same 1000 rs order from directly restaurant website costs me as much as 1500 rs on food ad, that's absurd. After all these expensive delivery and other charges, I can't even get my food on time, yesterday I ordered a burger, it showed that it will arrive in 15 to 30 mins then proceeded to take 1 hour and 30 mins, sometimes they just entirely cancels the order after 2 hours of it being placed completely wasting our time and their customer support couldn't care less, can't even compensate us for our suffering. In short, they are ripping us off since they got the monopoly in this business, their charges and rewards are absurd, delivery time are completely insane, there's "support" missing from customer support and they are nothing more then scammar.

Their delivery time is already extremely long, then they keep increasing the time on their app.
The food reaches you so late that even you don't wanna eat anymore and could've eaten if you had cooked for yourself already.
The delivery charges are so expensive, that makes the entire meal unbearably expensive.
They don't even let you cancel your order after waiting for an hour for the food and still not getting it.

Never depend on foodpanda ever again
ok. AoA i would first just like to tell everyone whos reading this that this "issue" has not occured for the first time. It is infact the thrid time THIS WEEK. Today I ordered food from foodpanda specifically mcdonalds. I ordered only 1 burger with a pre made drink. The time window showed that the food was going to arrive within an hour which was ... fine but as time went on the time window started increasing and eventually went to 2 WHOLE hours. On the bottom, the update was kept the same "order is being prepared". THIS WENT ON FOR TWO HOURS. Eventually when i tried to chat with the rider, the order was IMMEDIATELY cancelled by foodpanda itself. Its 1 am now, what am i supposed to do now??? And ik for a fact its not mcdonald's fault because this happens with EVERY OTHER STORE. I have been using foodpanda my whole life but this is genuinely unacceptable and im just utterly dissapointed that even after so many years of "updates" and things being "improved", nothing has actualy changed and im being quiet literally LIED to for goddamn food. this is truely absurd. And i really do hope foodpanda does something about this.
Foodpanda exploiting customers and extremely poor customer service
I am requesting Admin to please allow my post to be allowed.Salam Everyone. I used to use food panda quite a bit but lately their tactics and service has gone down the drain. Even worse is that their agents like Eman, Junaid are extremely unhelpful and Eman disconnected the help chat him or herself when I asked to speak to the manager. I tried to order groceries on 31/3/25. I kept on getting a message “change your payment method “. I tried various payment methods like different debit, credit cards and even chose cash as well and got the same error message. My biggest mistake was topping up panda wallet to try to pay for groceries that way but again got the same error. The amount was Rs 40,000. When I spoke to the second agent and insisted, my case to be escalated, nothing was done. Then I contacted the third agent who on my insistence escalated the support ticket on 1/4/25. I then received a call from Arslan from Food panda only to tell me it will take 5-7 days to resolve the matter. I told him my concern that this is the order for my groceries and not a restaurant order and I need to buy them. He also stated that you can’t withdraw your money once panda wallet has been topped up. Now my money for groceries was stuck. I tried even uninstalling the app and reinstalling, tried logging out and logging back in. I even tried re starting my phone and even tried on a different phone but received the same error message. I contacted agent today and the agent Eman kept on repeating the same line that your problem will be resolved. He or she stated the ticket was created on 3/4/25 and I was surprised that I was told my case was being escalated on 1/4/25 and now the agent is telling me 3/4/25. When I asked the agent to connect me to the Manager, the reply was I cannot connect. I then asked for the process of contacting the Manager at which point the agent disconnected the chat from their side. My money is stuck and my problem is still not resolved and when I contact agents, I keep on getting exact statements which they are told to write. The agents don’t try to understand your problem nor do they try to help. I am writing this post to spread awareness so that other people don’t make the same mistake of topping up panda wallet and I really hope someone from Food Panda reads this as their service is useless.

This app is amazing for grocery shopping but it s super bad when it comes to food, they never make sure the restaurant are sending fresh food or not, it happened to me alot of times, the food i order always shows up cold or either not fresh whenever i make a complaint they always reply "oh we are sorry" this or that and when i ask for refund because no one wants to eat cold food or when it doesn't even look and smell fresh and they always respond with "couldn't refund the money back or etc" i m tired of this food panda is getting bad i m sure there are many people who had the same experiences as mine ... i m just done with it

I placed an order worth Rs. 14,980, and the amount was deducted from my JazzCash account. However, due to a system error on their end, the order was not completed. It has been over two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact them, I have yet to receive my refund. Their customer service is unresponsive, and their handling of financial transactions is highly unprofessional.
I strongly advise against using this platform. They are not just unreliable but outright fraudulent—taking money without fulfilling orders and making customers chase them for refunds. Avoid them at all costs!

First the rider picked the wrong item and then there customer support calls and let me to cancel my order and when I said I want my order I don't wanna cancel my order replace it quick they canceled my order on wrong payment what a pathetic service they have don't order from Foodpanda as they don't know how to entertain there user just they know is to add fees and charge extra that's all

Scammers and horrible customer service

They scam customers into paying for orders that are delayed by hours.
Last example was when my order was delayed by more than 1hr40minutes and the chat agents just kept on changing and kept repeating the same thing for 45minutes. Card paying customers are easy fraud targets. Horrible customer service.

Disappointing Experience

Trust me this is shit service here in Pakistan. They are stealing people's money and make topi drama on the name of refund. It has been a month and I haven't get my refund instead each time I contact support, they send default messages that it is being reviewed by our specialist team my foot. Though they claim 10 to 12 working days.

I am extremely disappointed with Foodpanda Pakistan's service. My recent experience was a complete waste of time and money. After placing my order, I waited far longer than the estimated delivery time, only to find out that the order had been canceled without any proper explanation or notification.
Their customer service was unhelpful and failed to resolve my issue. Not only was my time wasted, but I was also left without the food I needed, and my money was not promptly refunded.
This is unacceptable for a service that is supposed to provide convenience. I will not be using Foodpanda again and cannot recommend it to others. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable platform.
