The insoles are excellent, as I have plantar fascilitis I needed an insole to give the right support. Very comfortable and will be buying more in the future.

I needed insoles. Lots of choice available and excellent quality. It allowed me to buy cheaper deck style shoes for summer and use the orthopaedic insoles for comfort. So much lighter to wear in summer. I have bought Footactive products as gifts, so pleased am I with their products. Delivery is never an issue.

Customer service was excellent, rang up with a couple of questions regarding some slippers i was interested in, these were answered very well. Went ahead and purchased straight away, they were dispatched the same day and arrived the next day, super service. Inserts arrived quickly with useful literature. Hopefully the inserts will help cure my plantarfaciitis. Early days

They didn't fit which is fine easy enough to return but cost me £5 to return which wasn't refunded

I bought these after buying a different manufacturers insole, which had caused me heel blisters. These were much better. You can trim to size. Generally a bit softer & more comfortable around the edges and the heel arch firm enough for me. I use them twice daily in my dog walking boots, covering about 4-5miles. Hoping in a few weeks it will ease hip & knee pain.

Foot and ankle pain massively relieved with the insoles I bought. I was diagnosed with Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction, and recommended the FootActive Sport insoles by the NHS fracture and soft tissue clinic.

I bought the Sport insoles and Ultralight insoles. Both are fantastic, very comfortable and I was pain free from the moment I wore them. I used the instructions that came in the package to trim them to my shoes. They fit perfectly.

I’ve worn these for a couple of weeks now. I wear the Sport insoles all day in my work shoes (active job, 10 hour shifts on my feet) and the Ultralight in my other trainers after work or to the gym.
