I don't even want to give 1 star but had to click one to be able to write a review! I ordered a Newcastle top on 31st October 2025, it's now the 22nd December 2025 and I have still not received the top or a refund. I have emailed footy retros numerous times and no one has replied to discuss my order! There is no customer service number which in itself is a red flag and the only way you can contact them is through email. On their website it says they'll be in touch within 24 hours - absolute rubbish! When I log into my account it says my order is complete! Absolutely disgraceful website, do not go anywhere near it! They'll take your money and you won't receive your order and they'll completely ignore you when you try to contact them! Daylight robbery and something needs to be done about it! Absolutely disgusting!

They rebranded to change the way the website looked to get away from these reviews but the company is the same awful customer service.

Once they’ve taken your money good luck trying to get them to reply for a refund or exchange they don’t care and will ignore you.

Avoid at all costs do not give them a penny.

Scam. Order never delivered.

This company seems to be a scam. I ordered a choice of football shirts - and want to return 3 back to them. They now ignore all emails and there is no return address unless you contact them.

I posted on their Facebook page to complain and they blocked me, remove the negative review, and hid the comment from their advert.

I am more than £100 out of pocket and unable to get a returns address and refund.

It's a scam I think - will contact credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

My first order from this site. Newcastle United home 95-97 shirt. Great fit, great quality. Delivered within the time advised online. Will definitely order from these again. Well done.

I made sure to read the small print on their website, which says that the shirt sizes are true to size et cetera, I am a medium and have always been a medium, but I like my football shirts, a little baggy and oversized so decided to order a large, the large has arrived, and it is so skin tight it is unwearable, it also came with black stains on the shoulder area and I’ve emailed them about it to which they have said I can have a different shirt at a bigger size, but I would have to buy it from scratch and pay for it and in regards to the stains they literally said “ that should just wash off” as if it is my responsibility to clean a brand-new unworn shirt, I’ve emailed them to ask what are they going to do about it in regards to the stains and the fact that I have this shirt that I cannot wear because of the false sizing, and they’ve just stopped emailing back for over a week now

They falsely claim a 4.6 Trust pilot rating on their website, that's more than enough to make me avoid this company like the plague.

I've got to be fair here, I came here to see what reviews are saying and it obviously doesn't look great... I've used similar sites before and had similar experiences which sent alarm bells. Their website reviews are overwhelmingly obvious BS which makes them appear even more untrustworthy. However this seemed to be the only reproduction site that can do the quality remakes I was looking for, the 1988 home & away Liverpool shirts with the rubberised sponsor and stitched emblems.
I decided to gamble with these guys, and in all honesty, the quality of the shirts is absolutely fantastic, I was actually really surprised. And to arrive within a week I really can't fault them... if they can tweak the slight oversizing of the neck trim and make it more of a snug fit like the originals then they would be absolutely killing it.

To me the material shirts are made from is vital to know. They purposely avoid stating it, only saying 'high quality' or something like that. I emailed asking and no reply over 6 days. I must assume that means they are of some nasty synthetic material. I won't touch this company

I returned my item over 3 weeks ago and have sent follow-up messages asking for this to be looked into with no response.

I don’t know consumer rights within the USA, but it’s seems outrageous that a company can keep a customers money and product if they return it.

Please be cautious using this company.

Second Newcastle shirt I've bought from these guys.Very high quality (including name and number printing), delivered within a week. Absolutely chuffed, especially after reading some of the preceding bad reviews. Personally, I highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing more!

Ordered a small Liverpool shirt for my brother’s Christmas present, they email days before Christmas telling me there’s no small available and to change shirt, at this point it was too late to get it for Christmas so I requested a refund, not heard anything at all from them after a week. Complete scam be careful

An absolute scam. Do not waste your money on the poor quality product that arrives. I ordered a Newcastle United Shirt that arrived made of a linen like material, the stripes were blurred at the edges and to top it off it was black and cream rather than white. I have requested a refund and like other reviewers have been told to post it to the US despite it being shipped from Birmingham. I wish I had checked here rather than believing their fake trustpilot rating on their website.

i ordered a man u shirt last thursday since then i have not got one confirmation email i have emailed customer support 4 times not one reply so far haven't been shipped anything if i dont get a reply or my shirt delivered i will be getting my lawyer involved

I ordered the Liverpool retro shirt in a size small for my son, but the one i received was not a small, more like a medium which fitted me. I emailed the company if it was possible to exchange it for a smaller size or different shirt. Their reply was "Because retro is relatively loose. in the meantime, i hope you keep it because its a nice looking jersey, you need to pay the return fee for returns". I have contacted them 3 further times for how to return or exchange with no reply at all. Please be careful of this company, they do not respond and there is no phone number to contact them

Poor customer service with delayed responses to messages, delayed delivery, smaller sizing than advertised, not genuine products. They refuse to refund in some scenarios eventhough they have not stated those scenarios anywhere on their website, when I asked where these scenarios are listed, they stop returning messages.
Reading other reviews online, I’m not the first to experience all of the poor service above, do NOT order from here.

Ordered an NUFC shirt which took a while but did arrive eventually. No issue with the shirt other than the size which was supposed to be XXL but was closer to Medium/Large. the shirt is obviously a chinese copy nad NOT a genuine Adidas item.
I tried to return it and was given an address in Maryland USA, to which it needed sending. As i live in The UK and it would cost £18 to return its hardly worth it.
The email back from the company even said..
You need to return it to us
When we receive the goods, we will give you a refund
When you ship the goods, please give us the shipping order number
When you guarantee that our products will be sold again
In the meantime I hope you keep it because it's a nice looking jersey
Probably going to put it down to experience and will not buy again

I ordered, then read the reviews and was prepared for the worse. It took about 3 weeks, but did arrive and it's excellent. They're remakes, but mine is perfect I couldn't tell.
