Poor customer service
I emailed them on Friday and gave until the following Thursday for a reply but they have not replied, I’ve sent another email but they have still not replied. It says on their website they aim to respond within 24 hours. I am trying to return my shirt as it is the wrong size but I don’t think they want to respond to me. Terrible customer service.

Same experience as on other review sites. Cheap knockoff short claiming to be genuine. Unable to return as given Maryland address to post to and no shipping labels despite claims of free returns on the website.
The response I had when trying to return was “ I feel like you're here to cheat on the jersey
I don't want to talk to you about any problems”
Scam. Avoid like the plague.

Pleasant surprise…
To be honest I ordered before checking the reviews properly which is never clever - and I expected the worst! I’ve been pleasantly surprised, order came in 6 days and was trackable via Royal Mail. Quality of product is high. No complaints from me

The detail is superb.
Received my shirt quicker than expected, quality is excellent, pity the company don't do a XXXL in shirts, for a more comfortable feel for us bigger lads, I'd buy more if they did.

The quality of the shirts is very good
The quality of the shirts is very good. Ordered two, and to be fair, they were better quality than I actually anticipated.
They did take longer to arrive than expected - and there was some confusion with Evri - but we got there in the end.

Longer than expected
I ordered my top on 12th July and received it on 27th July. A lot longer than the 5-7 days than they stated on the website at the time.
However, the look and quality of the product is very good so I'm happy with my purchase.
Looking at the dates of the previous reviews, all isn't lost with these orders and hopefully you will receive these soon.

SCAM DO NOT USE
Website states delivery within 7 to 9 days, emailed 11 days after ordering to find out what was going on and was told top had been sent, company unable to prove this and tracking shows as Evri are expecting parcel so I don't think anything has been sent.
Company refuses to refund or try and track parcel and blames courier companies.
Shocking customer service.
Company based in China not the UK.
