DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Originally I thought I was never going to receive my Birkenstocks. They then finally come over a month later to which we realise they are fake. I sent images of the shoes to Birkenstock Australia and they have replied back saying I’ve received a counterfeit product.

How can people live with themselves knowing they are taking their customers money and giving them fake products.

Scam website. Not only will they not send the goods, they will tell your credit card company they have and provide a fake tracking number which when searched is invalid. My bank refunded the transaction.

Do not buy from this company, it’s a scam. I purchased my shoes over 2 months ago and have sent many emails. They will always elaborately apologise but give you no answers and not get back to you again.

Haven’t received my Birkenstocks. Emailed three times. By the looks of the other reviews, I won’t be receiving them either :(

Same experience as with everyone else. SCAM SITE.

Have reported them to SHOP to have them removed as a merchant. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Scam - these are fake birks! Absolutely not to be trusted.

I will never buy from this company again, and based upon my experience (and other reviewers here) I do not recommend anyone else does either. On 9th Dec I ordered 2 pairs of Birkenstocks as Christmas presents for my husband and son. Foot Haven website says orders placed on or before 12th Dec will take 5 business days to be processed and dispatched, but 5 weeks later I was still waiting!! No communication or support from FH at all - no-one answers the phone, emails or online chat - nothing. So I went through PayPal to get some action (so glad I paid thru PayPal, I highly recommend you do). And guess what, the day before the deadline for FH to respond to the claim and refund me $330, they provided a tracking number! This just shows they were holding out for as long as they could, and it was only because I made a claim for a refund thru PayPal that I got any action. The shoes arrived 2 days later (5 weeks after placing the order), and even the Aust Post label said 'rise.ai updated the order due to a refund'. The only upside is that the shoes appear to be genuine Birkenstocks. The whole thing was a terrible experience, shocking service (no service at all) and spoiled our Christmas. I do not trust this business and will never buy from Foot Haven again, and I will share my appalling experience as a warning to others.

We've had a few customers reach out to us after purchasing from FootHaven, and I can confirm they are not an authorised stockist and that they sell counterfeit products. This store has now been closed down and the website is no longer active as far as we know.

I spent hundreds of dollars ordering shoes for my son in early DECEMBER and they have not arrived. I have not heard from anyone after so many emails and still no shoes or tracking numbers!!!

I want to share my experience of purchasing birkenstock shoes from foothaven website.

I bought it on 11 November 2024, they said it will take 3-5 days to deliver, but it much longer than that. 1 month passed, I sent the email to catch up my order almost everyday and they just said due to high volumn of black friday orders, which is non-sense excuse. Until 13 January 2025 I recieved the package, which turned out to be fake one. (I’m pretty sure that it’s fake because I bought another pair from footgear shop and when compared together it’s quite obviously different)

I wrote this message just want to warn you guys that it’s not worth to purchase lower price, expecting it is real but it’s not really wasting your time and money.

If I can give them 0 star I will.

Huge disappointment

I ordered a pair of birkenstocks back @ the 8th December. They were suppose to be a Christmas present for my husband which took me three months to save up for for him! Currently the last email I got was Christmas Eve with a $15 voucher and a small apology. 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the shoes. I have spent the last three weeks trying to get in contact with FootHaven with no luck at all. I have begged for them to post out my package, for a refund but yet nothing. I spent all my money I had on these shoes for my husband and now he is still without a present for Christmas which was three weeks ago and now i’m $320 out of pocket from money I spent so so long saving up for. It’s disheartening and disappointing they are so happy to take so much money off people and forget to think how this negativity affects peoples lives. I am unsure what to do anymore. I’m at a loss. I just want to keep crying about the whole situation.

Ordered Birks on Dec 10th.
Emailed last week to ask about an arrival date and no response.
Obviously would not place an order again.

SCAM STAY AWAY

Couldn't be happier with my purchase. The shoes feel amazing, and you can tell they're made to last. The comfort is unreal-I've been wearing them all day, and my feet still feel great!

Order Birks 10th Dec. Received an email a week later saying they'd arrive after Christmas as super busy...annoying but fine. Heard nothing since despite multiple emails. In the process of trying to recoup money through my bank as I can't get hold of anyone. 10/10 do not bother with this company

Ordered shoes on November 25th and still have not received them and now I don’t seem able to contact the company at all to find out what is happening. So disappointing. I really want to support small businesses but they still need to maintain a level of customer service.

Update: After posting this review, I received an email and I finally received the shoes two months after I ordered them. I also received an email asking me to provide more information otherwise the company would think it wasn’t a genuine review and it could be removed. I promise you it is a genuine review. I am grateful that I finally received the items and I hope the company has worked at improving its customer service

Ordered shoes 7 Dec and they still haven’t arrived. I’ve tried emailing and using their ‘Help Bot’ to no avail…feeling like this is a scam site. Do not order from here!

I am absolutely appalled at the service of this website. I ordered some sandals from this website on the 25th November and we are now nearly 2 months. I have had no expected arrival date. I have asked twice for a refund. Response time bad. I would not recommend this site and wonder if it is even legit.

I ordered a pair of Birkenstocks on the 21 Dec. I realise it's the Christmas period but I emailed them on 27 Dec to at least get a tracking no. which was not supplied when I placed the order. It's now the 11 Jan and I have heard absolutely nothing back. I have started a Paypal dispute to get a refund. Is this company even legit?
Update 25 Jan - PayPal refunded me the money and Foothaven has never responded, definitely scammers.

I am really happy with what I’ve got, its my 2nd time to order here and still satisfied with what I got.
