A service second to none
Colin and Sally have supported my decision making throughout my search for the perfect boot. Buying footwear online can be a nightmare, but not in this case! I have returned two different pairs of Lem boots (high quality zero drop) before finding the Lems Boulder Grip in a size that my feet love. They accepted my returns and immediately sent out the replacements I chose, quickly and without fuss. I have bought Lems footwear from Footworks before and their service and support is second to none. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them.

Slow start, strong finish
When I first put on the boots, I was really worried because they hurt the backs of my ankles. But when I'd worn them once or twice that faded and now I have the comfiest pair of boots I could have asked for. And they fit my feet properly! Score.

Lems tough Chelsea boots
I've bought from Footworks a couple of times now and can't fault their service. Lems have been my go to boots for working outdoors for years now, they're the closest thing to a barefoot boot that's also super practical and hard-wearing. The new tougher version of the Chelsea boot is the best looking barefoot boot I've found, too nice just for work I wear these everywhere now!

TBH your item was dispatched on 31st Dec and Scotands New Year Holidays are for 2 days so until the 2nd Jan and the item was delivered on the 3rd when your selected postage was Tracked 48 which we upgraded, due to holidays, to Tracked 24 at our cost....so I don't really understand your comment about "Royal Mail" I do hope it doesn't deter you from future shopping at Footworks ... Many thanks for the 5* rating and I hope your product serves you really well. Please rely on us for any back up service. We do offer other couriers at checkout BTW.

Aha now that is annoying I agree, but it is actually the fault of Scotlands 2 days holiday at NEW YEAR which does not happen down south of the border and perhaps RM were a little presumptuous with their notification. Sincere apologies on their behalf and I will be passing this over to the senior managers in the Scottish RM to see if there is a way in which these types of incidences can be averted in the future.
