I approached FCD with some trepidation asI have never, and didn’t envisage ever buying a car online and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and efficient this whole process was. The sales advisor, Lewis was helpful and professional throughout without being “pushy” so at no point did I feel pressured. We are at a very early stage of the process but what I’ve experienced so far bodes well for what’s to come, i.e. vehicle delivery and collection.

Mainland delivery across England, Scotland and Wales is something we always try to offer where possible, but as your location is much more remote than this, our usual arrangements are more challenging, which Lewis explained and offered to have your car delivered part way for you to shorten the distance. He was also looking into an alternative collection point too. It was understood from your phone call that you were happy to collect and decided on this option before proceeding with an order, if however you would like to relook at the options, please do give us a call and we’d be happy to work through these with you.

Julian was great with my order today, he provided factual information and promptly. The deal was closed quickly, just how I like it.

I found from my initial enquiry to eventually placing an order very easy. Excellent service from Stephen, who helped explain the process, including my options in selling or part Ex my existing car. I never felt pressurised at any time, which I have experienced with car salesman in the past. Great discounted price and even arranged for me to pick the new car up at my local dealership.
