Ordering a new Lexus.
Stephen was friendly and efficient to deal with during the ordering process and it was all completed very quickly.
I was then passed on to Amy, who will manage everything until delivery. Again things were dealt with very promptly and professionally, with excellent communication.

Great price and found that prices seen on the web site equated to the quotation price.
Good communication, and very patient whilst we changed our minds on vehicle colour several times.
The only negative is having to travel a good distance to pick up the vehicle, or pay for transporter delivery. But worth it in the end due to the large savings on list price.

Efficient Order Process and Great Discount.

Disappointing Customer Experience with Forces Cars Direct
During the initial stage of researching the purchase of a new car through Forces Cars Direct, my communication with one of their sales directors, Julian Ward, has left me questioning whether I want to proceed with this company. Unfortunately, I found his demeanor to be rude, unhelpful, and condescending, which has been a disappointing experience for a customer looking for professional and courteous service.
Buying a car is a significant decision, and excellent customer service is a crucial part of the process. This interaction has certainly not met the standard I expected, and it has made me reconsider whether this company values its customers.
