This was exactly what I hoped for- an excellent quality, comfortable waterproof bed for my old arthritic , occasionally incontinent dog- he absolutely loves it. It is very high quality and great value for money as I can’t see it needing to be replaced in the next 20 years, the materials and workmanship are that good

I have now ordered 4 dog beds from F&F - the quality and service are great; I am a new dog owner and have looked and tested a number of dog beds, my puppy shredded some poorer quality ones in days, the F&F ones are a far superior quality.

We have a waterproof one in the dog crate and our puppy was very poorly, it cleaned up really well,

I have recently bought the latest 2 beds for my cat and office and I got the sizes woefully wrong, F&F customer services brilliant communicative and efficient, anyone seeking a quality dog bed def look no further!!!

This is the second time I have ordered furniture from them and once again absolutely delighted with the service and goods purchased. This time two footstools arrived on time and look great, excellent quality as usual. I highly recommend this company for all aspects of its business.

Ryan was incredibly helpful as I just needed a new cover for the cushion of our dog bed which was a bespoke order. He advised on the replacement and it turned up swiftly and was just what we needed. Harvey's bed looks like new!

From first contact this company have responded with calm efficiency, cloth samples arriving on the second day and what a lovely selection .well footstool arrived yesterday and couldn’t be more pleased ,the upholstery is perfect a beautiful piece of furniture. Was extremely pleased with my footstool, well made and beautifully finished , only minor issue , nowhere could you order scotch guarding prior to delivery so had too buy and use myself . Fortunately weather good so could do outside as have Asthma .
Also to have a storage footstool would be an excellent addition
