Nice item shame about the delivery method
We liked the item we received from Forest and Fell, but unfortunately they selected ParcelForce for delivery. Normally we won't place orders with companies who use Parcelforce, so sadly this will be our one and only order with Forest and Fell. The delivery information provided on Forest and Fell's website doesn't make it clear who they will use, but it just makes no sense to provide a good service then try to save a few pounds using a very sub standard delivery company.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I’m so glad you like your new footstool although I am a little disappointed you have only left us 3 stars due to sending your parcel via Parcelforce.
We do use a variety of carefully selected couriers depending on the parcel size, none of which we choose based solely on cost. We have used Parcelforce very successfully for numerous years and it’s very rare we have had any issues with delivery in that time. I do appreciate that some areas can be worse than others for some delivery companies and we are more than happy to discuss delivery options and services with any customers before their order is placed or dispatched. I did also note that your order was delivered on time with the Parcelforce 24 next day service.
As a small business we pride ourselves on our 5 star reviews. We’d love if you would still consider placing another order with us in the future and we’re always open to discussing using a different delivery service if necessary.
