Excellent service and product thanks to Ryan
Ordered XL dog bed in September for our dog to use in the kennel. Postal strikes caused delays with Forest and Fell receiving materials. We were kept informed via e-mail and phone on the progress of our order. Ryan could not have been more polite or helpful. He made the bed and delivered it personally in time for our our holiday. Now back home, I have hoovered and wiped down bed ready for the next time. Excellent service and product. Thank you Ryan.

A quality piece of furniture.
We chose our footstool from one of the free samples sent to us and within 3 weeks of placing the order it was delivered.We are delighted,it is a high quality piece of furniture.

Excellent service.
The service from Forest and Fell was excellent. When our footstall was delivered unfortunately one of the legs was damaged. We spoke to a member of Forest and Fell who was very helpful and advised us on how to return it free of charge to be repaired. Also we decided that we wanted to change the colour of the legs which the company agreed to do for us. The footstall was repaired and sent back to us within a few days and we have been very pleased with it.

Difficult to get the right fabric
I bought a footstool and choose a fabric colour which I thought was ok. When it arrived it wasn’t really the colour I was expecting. The stool was very well made and of excellent quality but not the colour I was expecting. The reason for this is that the website does not show you what the finished product would look like with your choice of fabric so it really is guess work. Other furniture websites do actually show you what your finished product would look like. Even if it’s was not the actual product that you were ordering but something actually made up with that fabric would be good.
