The garden shed I ordered was delivered efficiently by Jay Wood. He unloaded and placed the components in a convenient place - he was friendly and cheerful.

This is in relation to a product purchased from the Shed Store with Forest Garden as the Supplier.

This review was originally done for the Shed Store on the 10/07 and I was notified on the 17/07 that they had been in contact with the supplier (Forest Garden) but still no resolution or update.

9' x 9' Forest Premium Radial Wooden Garden Corner Pergola

The ordering process was straightforward and easy to use. The pergola was delivered on the requested date (for which I paid extra), and the driver arrived within the specified time slot, which was excellent.

Unfortunately, the quality of the product has been very disappointing. There are several significant splits in the timber, particularly on one of the main supporting legs. We paid someone to assemble the pergola over the weekend, and they advised that certain parts should be replaced as they were not happy installing them in their current condition.

I submitted an enquiry through the website on 10 July, although the system only allowed me to upload a single photograph. As a result, I also sent a follow-up email with additional images.

On 13 July, I called customer services at lunchtime and was informed that enquiries were still being processed and that someone would get back to me. Later that afternoon, I received an email stating that the defects were not splits but "shakes", which are apparently a normal characteristic of timber products.

I replied explaining that I disagree with this assessment. Some of the cracks are substantial and, in my opinion, could easily cause splinters or cuts if someone brushed against them. I am also concerned about the impact of winter weather, which is likely to make the damage worse over time.

Since then, I have received no response to my email sent on 13 July requesting replacement parts. I have therefore emailed again today (15 July) asking for an update. If replacement parts cannot be provided, I will be seeking a full refund.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the lack of customer service in resolving what should be a straightforward issue.See less

Ordering from Forest was simple and had exactly the garden furniture we needed to fit a rapidly, plant filling space. James and Christian delivered the items and could be more helpful in moving the items to my back garden where they are going to be assembled. Great service all round and would highly recommend them!

Great service from start to finish. Placed my order on Saturday and wanted to deliver by the Wednesday. Shed itself is well made all panels were reasonably straight. I also purchased the plastic shed base, to stop the floor getting damp over a period of time. If you want your shed to last I think this is a must. My only criticism is the felt is a little thin.
The delivery drivers Roy T and Ian C was the most helpful and nicest people, these two do your company justice. I would on my experience recommend this company to all.

Horizontal Double Slatted Garden Gate ordered via Bradfords but manufactured and delivered by Forest Garden Group. A beautifully designed gate, built to a very high standard and structurally very solid. Communication via email was excellent and delivered by a very friendly man (Brian Coleman) to the required place in the garden. Very well organised company which I would highly recommend.

From my first enquiry to delivery it had been a great customer experience, when I was enquiring about the shed the replies were within an hour. On delivery day James & Chris were the delivery duo and they were really helpful and friendly and carried it to exactly where I needed it, and now the shed is build it looks great, couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely recommend Forest Garden.

Ordered vis Argos a shed that was due to arrive 2 weeks later, 6 weeks later and after a mountain of excuses had to cancel useless company to deal with did not update me did not call me back.Argos chased too and eventually were told it was unavailable.do not use

This review is for the delivery. We had a 6x8 shed delivered by John Doogan. He was very efficient and friendly. He delivered the shed by himself straight to the garden which was quite a walk! Thank you so much John.

The panel and posts arrived on time and Brandon Cancelt was most polite and friendly and carried the items up the garden for us oldies. A pleasant experience.

We had a deliver scheduled and the driver, Morgan Richards, was on time and very helpful.

We ordered our Beckwood Shed last Sat and it has been delivered today, which is great. It looks of good quality and happier we went for the upgraded one. I will do another review when hubby has erected the shed to say how that went and if all ok with the product etc
Our delivery driver was Roy T. He called my hubby when he was 15-20mins away, although my hubby was able to track him on the link you sent him. Roy is an Amazing guy who explained everything on how to best put our shed up. He was smiley, genuine, helpful and so nice to have someone that is happy doing his job and helping your customers. He is a credit to your company.

The service was excellent. A Beckwood Shiplap garden shed was delivered to my mothers home. My mother is 91yrs old and was a little worried, but the person delivering the item immediately reassured my mother and told her to leave everything to him. My mother was so pleased. He left the shed where we had requested. My mother was very happy. The drivers name is Alex Hibbert. He made an elderly lady very happy.
