At a time when you are at your lowest and struggling with a million and one things to do these really go the extra mile. I did my design on my phone, somethings i couldnt do that i wanted so after paying and ordering which was all easy, I phoned them. They where so helpful and friendly. They put finishing touches to it and sent me a preveiw to ok before printing. Recieved next day with some forget me not seeds that will be using in my memorial garden. Honestly the ease and friendly nature and quality of product was all exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Proofs are turned round so quickly; I had a 1st proof & a follow up revision in the same day, then took delivery of the stunning Order of Service booklets next day.

Absolutely fantastic company. Did the order of service books for my Mums funeral in under 24 hours. Beautiful lay out and you can personalise it with your own words, poems hymns and photos etc. They send you a copy via email for you to see and have a check (unfortunately, I did miss a spelling mistake) and I collected the next day.
Definitely recommend and would be the only company I'd use again.

My mums order of service..

I was blown away with how perfect my mums order of service was when it arrived. The site is very easy to use and gives you lots of different options so you can create something beautiful.

I was really worried about delivery time as I hadn't been informed by our funeral directors that we had to do our own but your team was amazing and reasured me that they would be delivered in time for my mums funeral

To top it off the lovely forget me nots that was put in the parcel was the perfect touch

Excellent prompt, helpful service, would recommend to everyone

I was unable to upload the photos I wanted to use in the order of service for my Mum's funeral. Some uploaded, some took a long time to upload and some did not appear at all. I am an IT person, so I am accustomed to using the internet and buying on-line. I rang the telephone number for Forgetmenot, but there was no reply. I emailed to voice my frustration, but never received a reply. I also found that the italics I applied to the names of the three songs that were to be played at the service, kept reverting back to roman. HOWEVER, the copies of the order of service arrived, as promised, by 1 pm the following day, which is impressive, and the quality of the card and printing was great. I also appreciated the forget-me-not seeds . . . a really nice thought. Just sort out the problem with uploading photos please and reply to queries.
