Fantastic service! Placed order on Sunday and received on the Tuesday. Printing very good too

Very helpful and kind. I was struggling to produce the graphics and text; Paul and Linzi took a lot of trouble to get the order of funeral just right - exactly as I had wanted it. Very swift service too, both in the design stage and delivery was prompt too.

Forget-Me-Not is an excellent company. I designed my mums funeral programmes, the website was very easy & straight forward to use. I emailed forget me not and a team member called Paul responded very quickly with a query I had. Once I placed my order, I was able to see my mums funeral programme progress and had a proof copy, which was outstanding. The programmes arrived the next day and everybody commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you so much. It is such a difficult time and forget me not made it a little easier. Can’t recommend enough.

I wanted to express a huge thanks to forget me not. I’ve been so stressed trying to organise my grandfathers order of service. I was up until 3 o’clock in the morning trying to complete the template to make sure it was perfect. I was so worried that ordering online I was taking a risk of not getting them on time- I was already cutting it fine.
As soon as I hit the send button forget me not got to work. They even adjusted the end of the order of service where I had tried to squeeze on the title of the exit music. The proof was sent to my email by lunchtime and the printed copies were with me the following day.
As a company you’ve taken a massive weight from my shoulders at a very sad time.

In my grief I browsed the internet and found your website. I had very little time to get an Order of service produced. Thankfully your template was so easy to use and I worked on the O.O.S all Saturday, selecting photos and uploading them - then tweaked on Sunday - called and spoke with Lindsey on Monday morning. With a few minor amendments before 1pm the order of Service was complete. True to their word, OMG, postman arrived with the parcel at 9.30am this morning. Amazing customer service, amazing turn around. Thank you, thank you - will highly recommend your services - outstanding.

Outstanding service from the team.

Was originally dubious of using a "next day" online service for funeral orders of services as there would have been no opportunity to amend or reproduce if the finished item was not suitable. The team were fantastic! Called ME (not other way round) when my order got stuck in my basket and also did a lot of tidy up overnight to frame pictures etc and neaten up the proof for our order before going to print. Also managed to print after a 12pm approval and get order delivered to me within less than 24 hours (Saturday delivery). Outstanding service at what was a stressful time for our family. Much appreciated!

In these sad times and needing speed and understanding I found Forget me not to be very professional and helpful. The funeral order of service was of good quality in the printing and finishing.
