I have used their printing service multiple times now and every time everything goes very smoothly and the service books are delivered next day, the site makes it easy to design your service sheets and preview and change if necessary, not a pleasant task but one made easier by forgetmenotmemorial.

Really really helpful. Absolutely beautiful tribute sheets to my Mum printed out. Could not fault the service and everyone commented on how lovely they were. I have even had to order more for those who couldnt make it who have heard how nice they were!

The website was easy enough to navigate but it's important to create an account BEFORE you start designing in earnest. Otherwise you can't save your design and you have to start again. Which is a bit of a pain if you've spent an hour making it perfect...

They have a lot of templates and we were able to find one that was just right for Mum.

Once we'd created and saved the design, the rest was easy. I was in a bit of a panic because for various reasons we had overlooked the fact that we needed an Order of Service for Mums funeral and time was tight. I rang them up on Friday morning and spoke to a lovely chap who talked me through the process.

He emailed me proof copy within an hour and they were delivered to my house on Saturday morning.

Absolutely beautiful order of service booklet. The finishing touches were better than i even thought they would be. Super fast responses to emails and next day as promised. The family were so impressed with the results that others ordered more than the original 100 i purchased. Excellent value for money. At such a stressful and emotional time this company were highly professional.
