Highly recommended! Easy design feature on the website and quick delivery. Quality of the booklet we received was superb.
My only criticism would be the lack of order status emails. I had an auto one to acknowledge the order but nothing else afterwards (order accepted, in production, packed, despatched etc). Seeing as my order was for s funeral, time was of the essence and this would have really put my mind at ease rather than waiting for the postman to arrive. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use again

I struggled a bit with doing my design online but think this may have been because I only had access to a tablet rather than a laptop or computer at the time. But I managed to work though it fine in the end. I then called this morning as I was a little unsure how it would turn out the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and reasuring and said they would send through a proof for me to look at first before printing. Received this and it look absolutely fine. As approved before 1pm have been advised delivery will be tomorrow. Great service with excellent customer service. Thank you.

Paul at Forgetmenotmemorial was brilliant. He came to my rescue when I appeared to lose the Order of Service I had prepared online and retrieved all my information, so I didn’t have to start again! Alterations were made for me at no additional charge and the order was sent out immediately arriving the next day. I had lots of comments on how nice they looked. I was extremely impressed with the service they offered and would definitely use them again in the future.

I made a silly mistake in my proof reading of the order of service but Forgetmenotmemorial could not have been more helpful when I emailed them. First rate service and delivery was as promised.
One other point, I would like to see somewhere on the site where maybe I could write my own order of service so that those that are left behind will know exactly what I would like and it would be one less hassle at what is a harrowing time and it could be stored for when required or perhaps updated ocasionally and all the person would have to do is order the number they require
