We’re a progressive landlord that owns and manage more than 24,000 homes and delivers housing management services for other landlords. We invest in homes and spaces to fuel people’s potential and improve lives. What starts as a house on a street becomes a home full of new possibilities. A place for people to build new lives and become part of a community. Lives don’t improve by chance. They improve by change. That’s why everything we do is for the good of tenants. And why we work together, collaboratively, with care to have a lasting impact on communities.

Well, what can I say, nothing good about the repairs unfortunately. Looking at the reviews on here it’s plain to see that some people in ForHousing are a total selfish disgrace. They probably go back to well repaired/intact homes so why should they care about their tenants homes/safety. You can’t argue with them because they couldn’t care less about your well being, and they just “red flag” your name and email so you you don’t get urgent repairs done and they block your tenancy number from their site so you can’t ask for a repair or a move. I am mentally and physically disabled so I’m even more at risk of their abusive behaviour. I have tried to get urgent repair work done but one person in particular is is delaying that from happening. She is an absolute disgrace to the community and the company, a child from another housing company has just died because of repair neglect and ForHousing are going to follow suit because of her. She would rather save money than lives! This is absolutely terrible. Do not have ForHousing as your landlord! They don’t care about their tenants or their properties, but if you make a late rent payment God help you, they will send you a repossession notice and would rather see you suffer anxiety and depression.

Awful. Just look at the reviews . Says it all. For me they had me in a house next to drunks who were making my life a misery . Granted they got a court injunction against them but it continued and for four years I begged them to move me as it was making me ill being threatened and my children being threatened by these neighbours . After four years of sheer misery and hearing them fight and bang on walls they finally agreed to move me and the children ... And now we live in a rat infested property with drug addicts all around us . Honestly . Disgusting place . Trying desperately to get out of this hell hole and move back to Scotland for family support as can't cope here and feeling very depressed . It's making me so ill. Definitely not a place you would want to raise kids . I open the door and look outside first to make sure no one is about before going out. Gone from one hell hole to another . For Housing don't care about the wellbeing of their tenants overall but miss one rent payment and my word they will soon be on your case . They are all about making money and couldn't care less how their tenants are having to live in these absolute dumps that they are charging for . Awful . If you are lucky enough to get housing through somewhere else my advice would be to do that, avoid these at all costs.

I spoke with a male advisor about my current situation about a month ago (expressing my desire to leave my current home after experiencing racial hatred for over 4 years and no longer wanting to live in a racist neighborhood). He seemed to see fit to say, "Well, you have a roof over your head." as if to imply that i should continue to endure the aftermath, the inconvenience, and upheaval of racism because I have a roof over my head. He went on to ask if he had provided good advice. If anyone/any family of colour takes on residency in one of their properties, I pray for you because Forhousing, together with Salix Homes, St Vincents, and Bolton at Home, is rotten to the core with racists.

They are a waste of time I’m under domestic violence and I’m a tenant of Theirs in a home
That’s unsafe for me and my disbaled child and they won’t help us get into a new property and safe as we are unsafe this house as my ex boyfriend turned up to my
House kicking off and walked into my
Home and strangled me and for housing and the homeless team are just fobbing me off and not helping me !
Absolutely discussing!!!!!!
You ring up an 0300 number where it keeps you on the line waiting and then cuts you off so you have several attempts of trying to get through before you realise something is wrong! Basically they can just take your money when your sky high bill comes through. Instead you attempt to go online and use a web chat only to find it says check your internet connection, well love there's nothing wrong with my internet connection, and it says we are having technical difficulties please call us up as an alternative. Now I'm going in circles wasting money, wasting time and not succeeding this is a scam so they are able to avoid paying contractors to come out and do work. Iv seen reviews and rating there crap. They don't have socials and I can't say much about the website either, joke to say the least! People are struggling to live in the house that's in disrepair whilst physically and mentally ill, yet you think it's acceptable to have this continue for several years now!
