Having now converted the 8inch fleet (tracked and towed) to all Forst, it's safe to say we don't miss the green or orange ones! From sales to warranty, everything is professional and quick.

Yet more problems with force chippers wheel bearings gone on an 22 plate machine and yes not covered by there 3 year no quibble warranty !!!! Total joke but the guy I spoke to could tell me why the wheel bearings had gone and how it’s not down to forse he is waisted working there as he could tell all that from his desk and the 3 year No quibble warranty only covers the axle for a year now why would you only cover an axle for a year if not had any problems with it? Don’t buy one of these chippers or be taken in by there 3 year Warranty as it covers next to nothing

We use Forst assist for our three Forst chippers and the service is excellent. They react fast, try and talk you through solutions when on site and arrange a mechanic when you cannot fix it yourself. We have just had our 200 hour service on the three chippers and the mechanic found and fixed many problems we were unaware of.

A pleasant start to finish from Mathew and team so helpful for my needs would highly recommend

We have worked with Matthew at Redwood for the last 15 years. Over that time we have had a number of wheeled and tracked machines. All have been good and re sale value is second to none. The team at Forst assist are on the end of the phone should we have a question or problem. We like that you can deal direct with the people that make them machines, and nothing is a problem.

We have been using Forst chippers for a number of years now and have always been impressed with the service they offer. The machines themselves are very solid and any problems tend to be electrical, as opposed to mechanical. In my experience these are very often easily resolved, especially through the troubleshooting aid that is available when you call them.

On a personal level Forst really showed their colours following a series of series thefts that we experienced a few years ago. We had 6 chippers stolen over a period of a few months and Forst were absolutely amazing. They provided us with a brand new machine immediately along with a hire machine (collected on the day) and could not of been more helpful. It was following on from the Covid pandemic and there was a worldwide shortage of machine parts resulting in long waits for everything - we all remember those dark days! But they really pushed the boat out and did so much to help during this period and were a big part in enabling us to continue trading and rebuild. Because of this they have earned a customer for life in our company.

We run ST6s and TR8s all deisels but have used the petrol TR6 and have been impressed with all of them. The TR8 is the pick of the bunch and we'll worth the price tag. Its a beast.

On our 3rd chipper from Först. They’ve never let us down! The customer service has always been spot on. I would recommend anyone starting out to go with a Först chipper. We have no regrets and will definitely get another when the time comes. Jude @ Greenscapes Tree Care

Matthew and team have been very helpful from start of purchase to delivery (even rectifying a few small changes we required) good service and great company.

We first met Matthew Smith 10 plus years ago when with his help we decided to try out Forst after having a lot of issues with other machine providers.
We now run approx 12 Forst Chippers and won’t look back.
Matt and the Forst team have always gone out of their way to provide the best service with great machines and back up.

Our longstanding working relationship will most definitely continue into the future.

My name is Bobby axe. I bought a tired timberwolf 150dhb during lockdown had nothing but problems. It kept going for years but finally i built up the currage to buy something else.

My name is Billy Heaton from Wk Arboriculture during lockdown my old NHS chipper I'd kept going for years finally packed in and I couldn't get parts .
This left me no choice to get a new chipper something I said I'd never do .

Absolutely top end assistance with a TR8 ignition barrel. Had rubbish signal so couldn't send photos to help explain. AJ was a massive help. Cracking job 💪💪💪
