Helpful and friendly. I have been worried for years about the embarrassing state of my finances. Everyone I have spoken to at Fortis has been supportive and helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions. I never once felt judged by them. I get in a mess when speaking to people I don't know on the phone, but my experience with Fortis was second to none, they did not make me feel in anyway ashamed of the mess I got myself in they are very understanding, very easy to talk to from start to finish they were brilliant and i would recommend anyone not to be like me and sit worrying all day sleepless nights pannick attacks and so on honest give them a call you won't be disappointed
