Trainer has been very supportive and responsive throughout the course. The online self learning materials are also very good and thorough.

Upgrading my TAE Cert IV Training and Assessment was straightforward with great support from staff. Everyone I spoke to were very helpful and organised. The trainers were very knowledgeable and encouraging throughout the training. I would and have already recommended Fortress Learning to friends and colleagues!

The enrolment process at Fortress was easy and very streamline, they were honest in what the cost would be and there was no pressure. They offered a payment plan which made it affordable. I was introduced to my trainer Jayne who was fantastic. Jayne was really good at responding to emails and made things clear of what needed to be done. We had regular meetings online to go through my work, which made it easy. I would highly recommend Fortress for any learning as they were always there to help, it made it easy going at my own pace, and they were always super friendly.

A very helpful Trainer who was very patient and willing to explain anything which I needed clarification.

Thank you it was a trying time as I had little chance to get into it properly due to work commitments. However a very enjoyable experience, challenging at times. But the overall experience was awesome. I am hoping to get into a TAFE but currently there are no jobs available close enough to where I live. Thanks again.

Having participated in many courses over the last 25 years, many of which were boring, unsupportive and did not meet the expectations and criteria.

Fortress Learning on the other hand provided an online course that was easy to navigate, backed up the program with excellent learning resources, provided the ability to practice learning on line and gauge your progress.
The assessment process on submission was always prompt and feedback positive and encouraging.

Their personal support was fantastic and my very deepest thanks to Emma who was always there to guide me, provide encouragement and above had time for a personal chat.

I really enjoyed the immense support I received from the trainers and student support team whom I interacted with. Big thank you to Brian and Richard there were always available and responded in time notwithstanding the fact that I was in a country 7 hours behind. Also, the way Fortress learning has organized the learning resources and step by step for solo Session's guide is quite credible. I look forward to choosing Fortress learning to advance my studies.

I completed my TAE with Fortress sometime ago and now I have only just completed my upgrade to TAE40116.
Fortress learning is wonderful to work with. The course design is excellent with high quality and informative tutorials designed to help the student every step of the way. The Trainers are also very very good and extremely helpful. I know that sometimes a student can get bogged down in online learning, but Fortress have tools and advice to keep you moving forward to achieve your goal.
