Great company would highly recommend, professional throughout. James was great he had a few problems but soon over came them . The price was good. James cleaned up well after the job. Shoz was my first contact he acted in a very professional manor, kept me informed through the process, when the windows were order & installation was taking place and checked after that everything went well and I was happy with the installation. I will definitely use them again, very trust worthy company.

Solid job for new fascias/soffits/gutters and front door
Had new fascias, soffits and gutters replaced, which involved working on all 4 sides, along with a new front door. The crew were competent,diligent and were receptive to my comments: they were more than happy to fit a vent for an extractor fan I'm installing myself next, and they also freed up a sticking window when they replaced the pediment fascia above one of the windows that probably hadn't been able to open for years.
Communication with the company was good and I'm very happy with the results (love the new front door - much better than the old, broken one!)
There were a couple of things that stopped it being perfect, but they're entirely understandable: First up was that it took a couple of weeks for all of the scaffolding to come down (they took half down within a week, but couldn't get back for the rest for another week), but I was fully expecting this. Second thing was that there were quite a few nails and screws lying around after completion, but given I've got gravel on three sides of the house, they're near impossible to spot, so I'm not surprised. Both of these were things I was kinda expecting, so as long as you go in accepting the nature of having building work done, then the job's a good'un

Initial disappointing service remedied satisfactorily
We had fascia and guttering replaced last year. It was a drawn out process with delays over organising scaffolding.
Once work was completed it took a while for scaffolding to then be removed. During the work, part of the scaffolding equipment damaged our outdoor storage facility. There was a crack/hole made that allows rainwater to enter which defeats the purpose of outdoor storage. No mention was made that the damage had occurred and it was not noticed by us until some time later.
We had issues that one downpipe was not properly connected and water was gushing around the patio doors. They had to return to fix it and did so in a totally unprofessional way. It was not a smooth finish and it has taken until this year to realise that the line up of the downpipe does not allow rainfall to enter the water butt. The water would have to flow uphill to reach the butt!!
We had not been aware of the issue before this summer as it wasn't until the water supply finished that we realised it wasn't refilling. I contacted them to request their assistance in resolving this issue of their making. The downpipe is not in the same position as previously and sits further out from the wall and therefore not in alignment with the ground drainage either.
I have heard nothing from them.
Last year we contacted them several times to come and remove their advertising board. They never returned. This meant we had to take it to the local tip. This is hardly effective business practice and must result in them having to constantly order new advertising boards; neither economical nor environmentally sound practice.
As an update to this review I have been contacted by Fortuna with an apology and explanation of how these events came to pass. They have addressed all my concerns and offered to undertake any remedial work necessary. The customer service following this has been exemplary and I would not hesitate to use them again in the future after this small 'glitch'.

Just had all my doors and windows done by these guys. I’m really impressed, the price was really reasonable and actually best quote out of five I’d got. Loads of options to pick from, the guys were really friendly and kept me informed all the way. We had one issue with the wrong glass being fitted and they sorted it within the week no issues at all. I will use these guys again and can’t recommend this company enough

From the initial meeting with the salesman, to the fitting it was just easy.
Guys doing the work did a great job. When we had a small issue they came out the next day and made sure it was sorted and we were happy.
The aftercare has been really good too. Always there if you have any questions.
