I wanted to purchase an item from Carrousel, but since they don’t ship to my country, I thought it wouldn’t be possible. Forwardbuy made it happen! At first, I was a little skeptical, but their professionalism and efficiency quickly put me at ease. Hi have emailed them twice about an order placed but no response, I placed the order almost a week ago and contrary to their promise there have been no attempts to let me know the situation or even any updates if the order was purchased. Order was placed 7/7/25 and no indication on website item was even purchased.

I’m unbelievably grateful and beyond satisfied with my experience with this company. The service they provide made it possible for me to purchase items I wouldn’t have been able to afford otherwise, and for that, I’m truly thankful. Communication during the process is poor. Had to reach out twice. Tough to find order number.

They did exactly what I paid them to do, which was purchase an item in India that is not available anywhere else and ship it to Florida. The item arrived pretty quickly and in perfect condition. (they put Fragile stickers all over it)
They aren't cheap, but I don't mind paying for excellent service and they provided just that.

I would avoid if possible. I bought a fashion item, new with tags and I received it without a tag, smelly, dirty on the outside, and also with scratches and broken all over.

They did not bother to let me know about the item's condition and just shipped it as it is. There's other proxy servers which check the condition of the item like Doorzo, Buyee, etc. They don't. This was also collected physically so the dirt could easily be seen at least. No word about it. Paid a lot for it and for the shipping.

They also have no other shipping options except Fedex.

Now I'm in dispute with Paypal to get my money back because forwardbuy is ignoring me after they told me they MIGHT be able to offer a partial refund and not cover the return shipping costs (I was open to return it).

I needed to buy a tacho/hour meter for my tractor. It was available in India but the freight was a killer.

I tried Forwardbuy. I simply signed up and gave them the URL for the tacho. They bought it and shipped to me without a hitch and at reasonable cost. Very impressed.

At first, I was uncertain - I seldom use such services and when I do, it's usually with a recommendation of a friend. However, I wanted one item from Carousell and ForwardBuy offered the service I needed. The item arrived to me in around 2 weeks, the customer service quickly replied to all the questions I had about the order and everything was clearly presented. The shipping fee is too high for just 2 items (PS5 controllers).
Also, the items were not protected with bubble wraps, newspapers or an external box. Therefore my items must have suffered additonal damage from the delivery handling. Very disappointing considering the amount of money paid for the shipment/delivery.
