They claim they’ll refund you if the order doesn’t arrive but they don’t, what a scam. I’ve been e-mailing for over a month to ask for a refund for an order I placed in November, and they just tell me to keep waiting for the person in charge of refunds. Today they had the audacity of telling me this person has limited internet access because he’s in Ukraine. So disrespectul to use the war to lie to your clients.

It's not my purchased items I rewiew but the company.
I placed my order 29/12-21 the order contained 2 items.
One item was delivered after 14 days even though they advertise with delivery within a week on their website.
I had to pay custom and fees to receive it. I heard nothing about delivery number two.
Had to email them myself.
I just received the last item 1/3-22. Also had to pay custom and fees.
Both items send from China even though they don't tell that anywhere on their website.
So the things just got very expensive because they don't tell you anywhere during the process that they might split up your order.
The items are adorable and I would buy more if I knew what handling process they use.
But now I'm a former customer.

I ordered the bubble gum girl and the muse flower Pot which arrived in an excellent condition and well packed. The only negative thing was the time which took a bit long (1+ month) and the fact that while i thought the country of origin was UK, finally it was China so I needed to pay additional taxes.

I Just recieved my girl vase and l love it. i did wait a long time to ger it. however it finally arrived and it looks beautiful with Flowers from my gardin in it.
Well packed no damage inside.

Received my 2 bubblegum girls today and they are beautiful. I got them in the sale with 50% off. They were well packaged. Lovely, fun different ornaments. Fully tracked and lots of updates from Royal mail. Only downside is you do wait a couple of months fir package to arrive as it comes from China. Would recommend and buy from again.

Fourline deleted my one-star follow-up product review on that Edie Bird Lamp on their website without replying to me, not to mention the refund request I have chased for months ! So, I have uploaded my one-star follow-up product review again on their website. In the review, I had uploaded their video they sent me showing the unbelievably ridiculous steps of cutting the joints by scissors and complicated procedures to replace the bulb yet you can never assemble it back as joints are already cut! If you check this trust pilot site, you'll see that Fourline has not replied to majority (75%) of the negative reviews here. Fourline is a scam! I guess most good reviews here on Fourline are fake!

I have ordered something from this site 17 November. The site makes you believe they are from the UK, but the products are from China, so this is a dropshipper. Furthermore, only today, 20 January, I received the parcel, which is 2 months later. If you email them, they are quick in response, but they are filled with lies and false promises. I even received the same reply twice, in one email chain, just copied and paste. They have no clue where the parcel is, and the track and trace is not working. AND you have to pay for import tax on top of the overpriced amount, be aware of that! Sure, the product is cute, but if it is going to be shipped from China, then order via that other well known Asian company, because it most likely coming from this company anyways. I would never order from this site, nor recommend.

I ordered the Zebra ase for a Christmas present to be sent to Australia. Everything went well. My only slight concern was that I found it difficult to get updates on the delivery progress. It arrived in good time for Christmas and we'll packaged. My daughter was delighted. I cannot comment on the actual vase as I purchased it online.

Ho fatto un ordine due mesi e mezzo fa ed a oggi non ho ancora ricevuto niente. Ho richiesto il rimborso come mio diritto e come scritto chiaramente nella loro policy ma prendono tempo e dicono di aspettare. Non comprate niente perché l'assistenza non vi aiuta e vi rubano i soldi.

I placed an order two and a half months ago and as of today I have not received anything yet. I have requested a refund as my right and as clearly written in their policy but they take time and say to wait. Don't buy anything because the assistance doesn't help you and they steal your money.

Doesn't even deserve one star. Total scam. I have been waiting over 3 months for my order. My repeated requests for a refund are ignored, I'm told to wait a few more days. I have been waiting since last October!!! They also took extra money for express delivery. They blame logistics. If they know there's a problem and they know i dont have what i paid my hard earned money for, then stop charging people for express delivery and give me my refund. But no , i have to wait 'a few more days'... My solicitor will be getting a phone call from me. The cheek of these people, taking your money then messing you around. Never again. Steer clear.

Total scam site. Item shipped from China with a link to a suspicious tracking site that claimed that after two months a single attempt at delivery was made and that the item was now being shipped back to China. Support is offering 50% of money as refund or that I pay 50% additional money for a second delivery attempt. I never got any information about the delivery attempt through email, sms or post.

AVOID THIS SITE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Total scam. I had to wait almost 3 months for the product to arrive. I have asked numerous times for a full refund while waiting but was only possible upon arrival. So I am asking again. It arrived earlier this week (after having to pay custom charges upon delivery…) and it’s very cheap. The website says Emilia wall art is made of porcelain and steel. Well it’s not. It’s a cheap & blurry canvas print. Plastic only. I am asking again for a refund and hope this warning can prevent from others being scammed as well. So far they have refunded me €9,95 for the inconvenience on an order that cost me €240 (incl €16 customs charge) so I am still missing €230. Don’t get fooled by their high average rating - I’d probably orchestrated. I have written a poor review for their website (as they keep chasing me for a review) but no way they will show that of course…

An overall OK experience - it did take a long time for items to arrive to Europe (2 months) but I suppose this is because of COVID. I ordered a balloon which arrived damaged so I received a partial refund. The cutlery is very nice, everything looks like in the pictures.
