The service from Fourline design and customer contact is excellent!!
Mali head vase is so much better than in pictures and a real conversation piece. It makes an impactful centrepiece and I feel it compliments my quirky taste.

It’s been over 4 months and I have only received half my order!! I was promised the missing piece would be resent - it has never arrived!!! I would not easily order from this company as they do not deliver despite being paid!!!

I just received the items I ordered.they are so beautiful exactly like shown on photos!!!also the client help department is very helpful and quick! Thank you so much, keep on the good work!!!

They shipped the item incorrectly. It was returned to them in perfect condition before I ever received it.

Now I only get a refund of 50%! How is that fair? They have a perfectly fine product they can resell and half of the money I paid which amount to 318.54 EURO!

I wouldn't mind if I had to simply cover new shipping expenses - but apparently they prefer stealing.

I was very satisfied...Very beautiful...It was a gift for a friend ,and she loved it...

I love the products. I have the bunny and kitty bubblegum vases and they are amazing. Well made, delivered within the time scale and look great. Any contact with them, they reply so quickly! If I could buy more I certainly would!

The delivery took a little bit long as this was shipped from China, but I am very happy with the quality of the Three Singing Birds Hanger. Looks lovely on my wall!

This store has such cool unique little bits I love it and want it all. My recent purchase was fantastic, it arrived quick to Ireland and was packaged beautifully highly recommended

I bought the amazing palm tree lamp, I’m so pleased with it. It’s even better than I imagined!!!! It took a few weeks to arrive as it came directly from the manufacturer in China, but it was made clear that it would come direct. Customer services were quick to respond when I requested an update on the order. Anyway it was well with the wait!!

Not received anything after 2 months yet!!
I have made a big purchase more than 2 months ago and have not received it, yet Fourline Design sent me the link to add a review of my experience with them!!!
Fourline neither delivered the items nor gave my money back yet.
They do not even reply to my follow ups now!!
Be careful....

I ordered 4 figurines from Fourline designs as gifts. The items arrived in A horrendous Condition, the outside boxes were all bent and damaged as well as the boxes for the figurines, all bent and damaged and certainly not in any shape to give as gifts.
A boy named jimmy- arrived without a box, chipped paint.
Summer girl white and summer girl black- butterfly arrived bent and mis shaped. And the magnetic butterfly doesn’t sit properly
Winter queen- arrived all white when online it shows to have gold lips.
All arrived in damaged boxes, looks cheaply made, still smells of cheap paint and looking closely at the quality, I was left extremely disappointed. I communicated with the customer services and asked for a postage label or a collection to be arranged for a full refund, photos sent. As per other review, They completely ignored the fact that I wanted a refund and this went on after 5 emails. Finally they got back to me and said that I would have to pay for returns and the items have to be returned to an address in Serbia! UK based company but returns are made to Serbia! They’ve tried to make it sound like the fact that they have arrived damaged is not their problem! I have made the purchase with them and Do not care what happens in between, I expect to receive the items ordered as seen on the website and I expect them to arrive in a great condition.
Finally, why would a UK based company only have the option to pay in euros? I had to pay extra currency exchange rate through my bank because of this!

So happy with my beautiful purchases. My experience with customer serive has been excellent. Will definitely keep buying from Fourline Design.

I loved my experience, initially I bought 2 wall arts for my living room and I’m so happy I did. After my first order I’ve placed 3 more order for more wall arts, my apartment looks so nice right now :)

And customer service was very quick with my questions; to avoid the misunderstandings you just have to read through their shipping policies to know how much time it would take to receive your items.

I love Summer Girl and she was well worth the wait. Excellently made to every detail. The butterfly sits on her shoulder and really makes her stand out. Arrived in a protective box with a pen. Care was made to make sure her journey was safe with tracking details. So happy I found fourline as a fantastic company with items you will not find on the High Street.

A poor quality of the bird hanger, top coat is unsmooth and this was shipped from China when you expect it from Europe !

I am very pleased with the pieces I have bought I have the Keri girls and the coco they are really unique and the work on them is outstanding every one who has seen them wants to know where I got them I shall be buying more thankyou so much

Fantastic experience! I’m based in SA & I had a few questions on shipping and customs and Mehwish, from Fourline, was really good with explaining the process and sending me the correct links for express shipping to SA. The items were shipped from China, which I didn’t expect from a UK company, but it really had no negative impact on the process at all. It took about 8 weeks to get the goods and I collected from my local post office. I was provided with a link to track my parcel throughout the process and received a SMS for collection. I was incredibly happy with the items. They exceeded my expectations and beautifully compliment my home and personality. I would definitely purchase again and I’ve referred them to my friends!
